Store is very clean..well stocked and the employees are customer friendly

This is my go to store here in Roanoke and I love it. The staff is always helpful and friendly and they always have a stock full of supplies that I am looking for. The story is always clean and organized.

I have had a first class experience at this store, check them out. Small items, deck wood,dishwasher and things ordered have all been problem free.Dealing with these people is the part I like the most, its what make me write a review,and keep going back.

Employees are always very helpful and friendly. The manager, David is nice and friendly to customers. The employees seem to be very knowledgable about the products and if one should not be able to answer a question, they are quick to find someone who can. We really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot.

Pro desk is very knowledgeable. Trish, Julie, Jeffery and Bill can answer any question about anything. They even helped me replace a battery in my fitbit - removed the cover and sold me the right batteries. I thought I was going to have to buy a new one and the cost was $16.77 due to their going above board. I found that to be true on more than one occassion

Best store of its kind and best Home Depot in Roanoke

I absolutely love this store! Every time my husband and I visit, the staff is very friendly and helpful! We never have to look for anyone to help us, they come to us! Keep up the good work folks!

I went in the local store for another item but ended up looking at leaf blowers because I had recently bought one somewhere else and wasn't satisfied with the product. I didn't intend to buy one, I was only curious as to what they had; however, the employee who helped me (Kim H.) was so good and offered so much helpful advice and even went so far as to go in the back and get a charged battery pack so I could try out the one he recommended right there in the store to see how much power it had, I was so happy with the product that I bought it. The customer service from this guy was outstanding. I don't know if all their employees are that attentive or if he's an exception, but I will definitely go back to this store because I left having had a very happy experience!

The store was very clean

We didn't find what we went to the store to buy, but we found several things that we had forgotten that we needed. The store employees were all exceedingly friendly, courteous, and eager to help us without being pushy. They were patient and treated us as though we were long time customers or family. The store was very neat and clean. It was a pleasure to shop there.

The shopping experience was great. The employees were helpful and pleasant. The store was clean not crowded with stuff everywhere so it is hard to maneuver. The cashier Jinnee was quick and efficient, but so were the people who helped us find what we were looking for and answered our questions. Even though we live out of town, we will be back when we are shopping for something Home Depot might have.

Had a great experience in selecting and purchasing a replacement front door and a replacement storm door. Great displays to help in assessing the products and knowledgeable, helpful employees. It is often hard to find help on a "big box" store; however, the employees we worked with on this special order purchase were with us all the way, knew their products very well, and were very patient in providing assistance and answering questions. While I have done much business with this store over the years, this latest experience was very good and we are very satisfied with our purchase decision.

A store who cares for its shoppers and understands that shopping might well mean buying. A pleasant shopping experience began at the front door and continued throughout the store when I needed support for a purchase. What a pleasure to shop where people care for the customer and are willing to help when help was needed. Yes, I found and bought what I came for. That is the name of the game!

If you are looking for product information, you would be better off doing your research on line as the employees in this store would prefer to "chat" with one another rather than be of assistance.

It's a big box store with plenty of inventory, yet you feel like you went to the local hardware store where they know your name and care about you. You will be glad you went to Home Depot at this location! I've bought everything from lumber to appliances and have always been pleased with the outcome.

The experience was very good overall. I was able to successfully find what I wanted, sign up for a credit card, and purchase what I wanted in the store with no problems. There was a specific set of tools I wanted but were not in stock, so the associates directed me to speak with the associates on the phone about purchasing the items online, which also was a great and hassle free experience. The only reason I don't give a 5 star review this time around was the store policy of not giving a discount on a product which had a severely damaged box, if they had been able to help with that as many other stores do, this would be a flawless experience.

It was refreshing to enter a store with so many willing and helpful employees. I was quite impressed.

The store was clean as always , but the person checking me out never said a word to me just started to scan the items I had and left them in the shopping cart , never ask me if I wanted them in a bag. As I was walking away guy just turn back to the other worker and started talking again , never said hi or thanked me for shopping that store and I shop this store 1-2 times a week
