This homedepot has great customer service. I go here all the time when I need material. I get help when I need and Davis from the pro services always helps me with what I need. He helps me look for products instead of sending to aisle and have me lost. Always have great conversations with him and is very friendly.

I like this home depot, I like that someone greeted me upon entering. I liked that I was left alone to shop until I needed assistance and asked. When are basked, the service was friendly and timely. I had to check out by myself or I chose to because not many clerks ✔️ ng, but when I need d help with the scanner a sales associate was nearby and offered assistance. All a very pleasant experience thank you HP

Fantastic service from friendly, attentive staff. Helped me reduce costs on a large potential project by suggesting less expensive options. Found everything I needed quickly and I like that all shoppers and employees were wearing masks.

The store is fine, but there's issues with the delivery service. Paid for a delivery and it did not arrive: called store and was told driver said I was not home, which is NOT true.

Horrible service and horrible employee phone service. Home Depot treated me like I was less then, and then rudely spoke to me when I questioned their employee why am I now having to wait for what I paid for two months? Employee was condescending toward me when I was trying to find out why this long extended wait. Never shop here again!!!!!!!

The worst run Home Depot in the area. Most are not knowledgeable or helpful. Most will not make eye contact when it's obvious you're seeking assistance. No one could find a supervisor or manager to help find a product which the HD app identified 112 units in stock and Isle and rack location it should have been located.

I’ve gotta say; this is a well run HD location; big garden dept, well kept store and I just had a great experience buying lumber (ask for Jerrell!) - far better price and service than the local yard I’ve been going to for years. Friendly folks who know stuff and help you get the job done. What more can you ask for?

Home Depot was so generous in approving a non-profit donation for "Rosie the Riveter Trust" today! I was so grateful to be invited to "shop" for gardening tools this morning-- they will be offered for bid in a silent auction. (Also, the front of the store had hundreds of beautiful fresh plants and colorful flowers... I'm coming back for things to plant in my yard!) THANKS Home Depot San Rafael!

I recently had a difficult remodel and was left with many Home Depot purchased items I did not need. To add to the complexity, the workers in my home threw out the boxes! My son was skeptical that I would be able to return opened items without a box but I had faith! Thank you Ezmeralda for being so cheerful and competent as I handed you opened item after open item. No excuses, just cheerfully refunded the purchase amount of each item. I have read negative reviews about Home Depot before, and I must confess, as one with a few years under my belt I often wish "for the good old days" of knowing your local hardware "man". However, the power of Home Depots size and their commitment to customer service makes "the big box store" still a provider of choice for all things home improvement for me!

The store must have a new system and a New nice Staff At the customer service desk and generally in the store. Had to go look for a Patio heater for my Bussiness and It was to my Luck they had it there A young lady greeted me at the .Front entrance In a way it made my day good she smile look me in the eye and Ask what brought me to the store And when i said Patio heaters She said look no more Right here all smiles She covinced me to buy 2 I did She said there Very hard to come by!!! My mother is so happy now she has one and We had dinner outside and was warm ... thasnks god for one person making my day great there!! kudos to Adida

bought a screen door. when handyman tried to install it, he discovered the package of screws and door handle was missing. i returned to store for exchange and the manager was very understanding and gave me a $25 discount to compensate for the missing parts.

The store was clean and employees were in abundance. They were very kind and helpful. I was able to get in and out of the store quickly due to their help. I had my small child with me. He loves going to Home Depot. This trip was even more special because he discovered the kid carts with steering wheels. Thank you to the employees who were so helpful and continue to show up and keep it safe for us during covid.
