As stated previously, the store was clean and products were easy to find. Making my shopping experience especially nice was Garden Department check out cashier named Carol. Despite several customers and staff members hounding her with questions she remained calm, courteous and cheerful; took care of everyone request in a timely manner. She even took time to sign me up for a Home Depot credit card. Kudos to Carol.

Employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; checkout is very efficient. Appreciate that they require customers and employees to wear masks as mandated and recommended by state and local officials to keep us all safe.

Very large store with a good selection of items to choose from.

The store has been great! I’ve enjoyed going and speaking with the friendly workers. It is very clean and spacious. However, there is problem with delivery and customer service. I’ve been waiting for an order for more than three weeks and no one will get back to me about where the items are. There is a lack of communication and the phone calls are more than an hour waiting period.

8:00 a.m. on Saturday, there were enough people to help!

There is a lot in this store ; major lumber purchases I get at a lumber yard . Location is great and I like the ones up North on my way to Lake County . Dan

I’ve been shopping at the store for years most of the your employees are very hard-working and some are very long term . I appreciate their efforts to help me and to deal with my issues for probably since the store was installed. However once in a while there can be a problematic employee which I have described in the survey that I sent you and I feel confident that you will deal with it. Again thank you very much for all that you provide for us especially in these trying times of the pandemic. I know that you are doing everything you can to try to restock your stores and keep them safe. I Especially Would like to commend the employment of Jerrica one of your supervisors. She has been with the store for many years always has a friendly face has a fabulous contagious laugh and just is a joy to see and work with.

This Home Depot is beyond dysfunctional. I waited 45 minutes for curbside pickup and no one ever came. I ended up having to go in and get, it took one minute for the staff to get my order from the cabinet. Don’t advertise curbside pickup if you don’t do it! Total waste of time and rudeness to the customer!

Overall this is a great store because of the friendly, helpful staff. I can usually find someone around who is more than willing to help me.

Easily one of the worst stores in the bay area. And that says a lot.

Employees were very rude & did not give us accurate information.

The store has a wide choice of materials and tools. The only negatives are there aren't enough knowledgeable sales people and shelves are not always replenished as quickly as they should be.

Terrible store. Aisles cluttered, very few knowledgable employees, cashiers are a joke. Parking lot strewn with carts everywhere. Street people looking for work wandering around looking in cars, very uncomfortable. The front line employees-cashiers, return desk, help counter are the worst, not friendly. There are only about 3 employees in the store who know anything about the merchandise and one of them is Charlie Rossi in the nursery which doesn't count.

Great store to shop with the new app is easy to look for items. Associates are more friendly and helpful this year. New management is great. The garden is the best area.

Cashier Kelsey was friendly & nice. No one on the floor to help me, especially for heavy lifting.

I found the appliance salespeople to be knowledgeable and really helpful. Also any time I need to find something or have a question about plumbing or building, there’s always someone nice to ask. And the customer service people are always really nice when I have a problem or a return. Even when there was a mixup on one of my appliances, everyone from the manager to the salespeople were super helpful and got it straightened out - above and beyond what I even expected.

I needed some plywood cut down, and there were no qualified saw operators available. We waited one hour 40 minutes for someone to show up. Other employees tried looking for someone to help us. An assistant manager tried paging for help over the walkie talkie. It turns out there were only 2 saw operators on the clock at that time, and both took lunch at the same time. There should be more qualified saw operators in the store. We saw people give up, leaving their wood on the carts. If you know what you need, it's not a bad place to get it. They generally have good inventory.

Customer service is not the greatest. Cashier, customer service is kind of rude and not courteous. When we go to the store, we are excited to build a project. It is discouraging to find uninspired people addressing your questions.... assistance is hard to get. The store is semi clean and organized

The great location and the size of the store and the parking lots made me a fast customer! I was able to get what I needed and leave the store with great ease.

This is a basic HD, no different from the others around the country. Today Nicole was quite helpful and I appreciated her attention.
