We went to Home DePot in Shallotte, NC on Thursday night and had the most pleasant experience with the staff and the customer service representative, Rebecca. Definitely continuing to shop there!

It is close by, so I am there often. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. The store is CLEAN,even the bathrooms. Wish you offered store coupons for us seniors on fixed incomes !

From our first entry into the Shallotte location I was greeted and assisted by a Customer Svc. Associate. Subsequently I needed assistance for a special Order and Associate Connie was incredibly responsive, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Best shopping experience in a while, very helpful employees

I went for light bulbs for new construction and was obviously overwhelmed with all of the choices of colors, watts, etc. Tammie stopped and explained all the differences and made helpful suggestions

Bought our appliances from HD and buy most of our flowers, and mulch, fertilizers, etc. here.

Every Home Depot employee I came across was extremely helpful. The store had everything I needed and at reasonable prices. I would definitely shop at this Home Depot again.

Went to HD today for some plants and soil. Store was totally stocked with a large variety of items. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed working with Stephanie in appliances, she was knowledgeable, honest, helpful, kind, personable, unrushed, thorough in paperwork, good attitude, smiled, and treated everyone the same way. Other staff in other departments were also friendly and helpful with a real smile. The store was very clean and organized, we recommend this store!

I bought a saw and Bill spent a long time with me to ensure I got the right one for my budget. Amy at self-checkout helped me split the payment between two cards which I couldn't have done alone. Everyone is super friendly and offers to help!

Some home projects can be daunting and intimidating but if you require professional advice for a professional finish, ask for Adiqui. I have been a contractor for years and this young man helps me stay current on sales, new products and professionalism not found at every home improvement retailer.

It is a pleasure to shop at this location, products and service are very good and the people are really helpful.

I would highly recommend purchasing appliances from here! Chris the appliance salesman was very helpful and made the process so smooth! We will definitely be returning to purchase other appliances through Chris for our new build!

we have just moved into our newly built home and have been doing all shopping at shallotte home depot: appliances, window coverings, ceiling fans etc. thank you all for all attention and help to details.

Bert is my superhero, making my very frustrated situation filled with answers and many solutions. He is kind, intelligent, goes beyond his HD position! He deserves an award for being outstanding and superior! I’ve been shopping at this location for a year and it’s my favorite store, but never enjoyed my visit as much as I did today becuz of Bert and the education he gave me.

I can honestly say it was refreshing to go to a home improvement store and actually have someone in the area to assit you. Most of the time these stores don't have anyone on the floor or knowledgeable to answer your questions when and if they show up. The associate that helped me was pleasant, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me. I will definitely be back here.

We ordered a special toilet. It was a tall one that stores don't carry. They are hard to find but Home Depot has them on line.

I can honestly say that ive never had a bad experience in this Home Depot. From the employees, the stock, the prices. Only thing you could say negative would be other shoppers, and i cant control them. But I will always go to this store unless they didnt have something specific and i "HAD" to go to Myrtle for it.
