Store is clean associatesare help full. But the story is to far away..

The Shallotte Home Depot has lots of associates that are very ready & willing to help you and seem to be very proficient in their product knowledge.

Store is neat and clean and well organized. It alswyas has exactly what I need.

Thank goodness for my local Home Depot! As a new home owner, I have discovered every weekend is a project! I have a retaining wall that was missing stone pieces and my "OCD" was not going to have that for long. I actually took a stone into the store with me to match, the associate that helped me fine the stone, load the stone and take it to my car and unloaded it, make sure the pieces would not move and mess up the back of my SUV, all with a smile and a good luck with the project if I need more just come back. I was very happy that this project was a simple one!

Good visit, the associates were very helpful. They did not have what I needed in stock but had it the next day.

We live in Cary, NC and use the hone depot in Apex, but we were doing work for a friends house in Holden Beach and were constantly in and out of the Home Depot in Schalotte. Great store, great sales employees and happy cashiers. love to shop here when in Holden Beach

Poor service. No one would help even when asked for help.

We are moving to the area of this store and have found the items we needed were in stock, friendly, courteous staff readily available to assist us and answer any questions we have had. Store is well stocked and aisles are clear to allow movement of carts . Staff assisted with items we were not able to load, just a really nice place to shop.

Home Depot is the real deal. I've never been to a store that offers such friendly, helpful service. The sales clerks are always happy and helpful... The store is neat and well organized. My hat is off to management. Whatever you're doing... keep it up. It's always a pleasure to visit Shallotte's Home Depot. This is THE ONLY hardware store I will visit (unless I'm miles from town).

The Shallotte Home Depot is a store that is run by employees that are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store always looks great and the employees always greet you warmly. When help is needed they will go the extra steps to ensure you find what you need.

Home Depot is a gem among hardware stores, offering excellent customer service, a great range of products and supplies. I'm most impressed by the genuinely friendly and helpful employees who seem loyal and devoted to their place of employment. Kudos to you HD for creating such an existence in Shallotte, NC! New to the area and a new homeowner, it seems I am becoming a "frequent flyer" to my local Home Depot. The staff has been very helpful and understanding with the really stupid questions I keep asking, I am getting a home owner education they are patient and understanding, explaining and advising. I feel like I am "empowered" with knowledge to complete my projects and even eager to think of more to do. Thank you to the great people at my Home Depot.

Front end associated were extremely friendly, especially Katherine Simmel. I was offered assistance, (which had been lacking in several of my visits) but today was a great visit and smiling faces. Store was clean and the garden and outdoor section was well stocked and vibrant.

Every time I have shopped at this store the staff has been very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The store is very well stocked and kept whenever I am there. I would highly recommend this store, too, because of the walk-up volunteer who asks me if they can be of help and will most always lead to the department and item I am shopping for. We have a weekend home about :15 minutes from this Home Depot and love this store. At our primary residence in SC, I actually pass a Home Depot and Lowes daily and will wait until the weekend to shop this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The Shallotte store has the most friendly employees with great sense of humors. I have a beach house at Shallotte and use it exclusively for my garden, home repair needs. I trust their expert advise and knowledge of the products. Today I had the pleasure of meeting three distinguished employees, One who greeted me at the door around 7:30 am and the gentleman in the paint department who explained to me the correct caulk I needed for my project and Miss Beverly who greeted me when I checked out. She reminded me to take the surveys today for a chance to win 5K. I want to say thanks for all the help and wonderful employees I met today.

All of the employees at this store treat you like it matters that you shop there. Leslie, Jill, April, Sheree, Lori,Robert & Bubba are always ready to help us when we come in. We just built a roof over our back deck. It took their assistance with the materials to be able to complete it. Thanks to you all!

Yes, the store was clean. Employees asked if we needed help. Checkout was fast and friendly. I live in Calabash and it is very close to drive to.
