Well organized. More than adequate, knowledgeable staff available to assist as needed.

Very Helpful associates! One associate was very helpful in showing me the product I was looking for. Also, when I stopped to look at light bulbs, another one asked if I found everything ok. Finally, the cashier was very courteous and fast. I always enjoy shopping at this Home Depot.

Shirley was very helpful in helping me find what i was looking for and she cashed me out very quickly. she was friendly and knowledgeable

The people working in the Flooring, Kitchen and appliances were very helpful and professional. All other areas need lots of help.

I can always depend on knowledgeable help with finding what I need.

It was a great experience selecting paint for a new project. The paint associate was eager to assist selecting the right colors. He wants to see pictures of the finished project. The cashier was cheerful and greeted me with a smile, which is rare. The friendliness of the associates made this trip a pleasure. I have been to other Home Depot stores, but is by far the best.

overall not a bad experience but the store felt a little dirty and it seemed like security was trying to catch someone stealing so that was a little uncomfortable.

Associates were talking with each other. One of them walked right by a product I was looking for. Even after I stopped and said here it is he kept walking and did not respond. There were only three of the item and I needed more. Cutomer service could not find the item in the system which I found astounding. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU HAVE AN ITEM IN YOUR STORE THAT IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM. That is why they did not know what I was talking about when I ask where the "window cling" was located. Sadly they don't know how to answer questions, so they ignore or avoid you. I avoided the 87th street store for these same reasons and came from South Shore to your location. BOY WAS I WRONG. Sad, sad, sad,

Went in for Co2 detectors and filters for my furnace. I was in and out in 15 mins!

Love this store, I work downtown in a position where I need to visit a hardware store multiple times a week. Love the easy parking lot and that this store offers everything normal Home Depots offer (some in the city only have certain products and services)

store was clean, help at the paint desk was good but I could not get anyone to load my vehicle even after a 15 minuet wait and asking several times The front end did not seem to care that I was handicap but no customer should have to wait that long and still not receive service.

This store is outstanding in terms of cleanliness, signage, products, and staff. The security guard greeted us in a sincere manner setting the tone for what would be an enjoyable shopping experience. Products were swiftly located, and a cashier was ready, no line. Tiffany, TOK2490 was both friendly and efficient, and we sailed through the checkout process.

Products are not so organized, some associates are really good, but depends on your luck.

I didn't know if I could get mulch in Chicago in December, but my sales associate showed me to the product and helped me select the right color, Then he put the heavy bag in a cart which he found, took it to the cashier, and loaded the bag into my car. He was terrific!

M,y husband and I purchased 2 Christmas trees. The store associate, Devon, helped us. He was EXTRAORDINARY -- VERY FRIENDLY, SMILED, VERY HELPFUL, AND MOST OF ALL -- PATIENT. If there were more store associates like Devon, more people would be shopping in the store instead of online.

My new home needs much work, so I am spending much time at Home Depot. I have to ask many questions because I am working on unfamiliar projects. Usually I have to ask another staff person to find someone to help me. Many of the workers, although unfailingly cheerful and helpful, are clearly pressured for time and are often running from one customer to another. The designers are also under much pressure and clearly struggle to make time to plan projects with customers. This is difficult for the designer staff because many people have complicated projects and don't really know much about what they are trying to accomplish. However, the help provided by all the staff is impressive. They are very knowledgeable and always answer questions directly. Also nice that they explain the options available,but don't influence the customer's choice. Product selection is wonderful, but often stock is low. In every case (e.g., tile, grout, hardware, plumbing supplies, fixtures, etc...) at least some items had to be ordered from other stores. This is time consuming and, if one is using a coupon with only limited time on it, frustrating. Clearly more staff are needed, at least during certain times of the day.

The associates need their to overlap knowledge on the diffrent departments. Sometimes the prrson for that specific department isnt acailable.

I happened to be buying some tools for work and there was always someone right there to answer my questions. Also a bonus there was a Milwaukee representative there!!

Everything is clean and organized, never had a problem with something being out of stock

Took about 20 minutes to finally find someone in Lumber to assist me and that was after asking two different people.

This is my second renovation project in the last three years and I don't even think of planning a project without Gheri's consult. Her help, suggestions and expertise makes me the loyal Home Depot customer I am.

I was helped by a young man who went way above the call of duty, I had four items I had to buy, he helped me find them all and arranged for me to pay, then have everything held until I returned tomorrow to pick it up

The store was laid out differently than what I am used to as this is in the heart of the city and I am from the suburbs. With this said, it was fairly simple to navigate to the area in which I needed to find a product. Parking is very tight at this location.

Donovan in the paint department assisted me when I was looking for products to fix my damaged wood floor that I accidentally spilled acetone on. I was on my lunch break and was pressed for time but I took a risk. I explained the issue, showed him pictures and he knew exactly what I needed. He didn't try to upsale or take advantage of my lack of knowledge of restoring wood floors. He was very good at multitasking. He listened to me, showed me 4 examples of wood stain, answered questions from his coworkers and patrons, made sure I had everything I needed and got me out of the store in time to still grab a bite to eat. I appreciate the extra step with the samples to make sure I had the right product. I would like to add that my damaged floor is no longer damaged. Thank you Donovan!!!!!! I wish I could get this type of customer service everywhere. It makes me smile to know that some people still value and love their job/career and that's the energy I got from Donovan.

The product I wanted was unavailable on the shelf. Crystal helped me get a better product for the same price, since the one I wanted was not available at the time (lost on the storage shelving somewhere, I presume...) She was helpful, courteous, and seems to enjoy her work.

Had a great experience and awesome help from crystal Mitchell. Very knowledgable and helpful in any questions I have.

Everyone is so helpful and freandly. I will always shop at this location. All merchandise is well organized and the staff are well trained.
