I called the service desk and asked if they could cut some plywood that I was going to buy. They told me in the morning as the saw operator with be there to complete the order. He was great, cut to perfection!!! Employees are very friendly and helpful.

My husband & I shopped in the South Southington store yesterday. The staff was friendly & helpful. The store was clean & well stocked. Plants outside were beautiful.....they looked healthy & well cared for. It was an easy & pleasant shopping trip.

I went to South Southington store for topsoil on 2 occasions. First trip was for 20 bags. Joshua the parking lot attendant was called and came immediately to load on flatbed and load into my car. So friendly kind hard working. I offered a tip to him but he explained he could not accept it and explained HD doesn’t allow it. He said “it’s my job to do this but thank you” I returned for another 31 bags of soil and again Joshua was parking lot attendant. He was called to come and load onto flatbed and into my car.. again he came immediately smiling and remembered me from my previous visit. Hard worker kind sincere and doing a great job. HD found a gem

A male employee left me hanging while they went on break. I ran into the employee as he was checking back in at the service desk.

I bought 2 2x6x10 boards and was charged for 5. Cashier seemed confused about adding the amount of boards

I understand Home Depot in several stores uses Odessa builders LLC !! We had a front door installed by this horrible company !! I would never use Home Depot for any more home projects if this company has anything to do with the job.

We love our Ryobi Saw table and other tools. Definitely putting them to use in our new home!

The customer service is informed and so helpful!!! The employees I've spoken with recently gave me great advice and my porch is coming out great! From information on orbital sander rentals, vacuuming and washing porch, then priming and now preferred paints, they have helped me beautify my home (for reasonable prices!)

The selections offered were in stock and fairly priced. The associate at the checkout was very customer friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional as a Home Depot employee. Area was clean and social distancing/wearing of masks was present too.

The store is always well stocked, and, anyone asked will always point me in the right direction. This time I did not need any direction, since plants were on display outside. Quality plants, and, well watered. Know that this takes time, but, is necessary to provide for good planting at home.

To me this Home Depot is a pleasure to shop at.

Custmer service is terrible and management when made aware of issues does nothing. You can't even get back a simple phone call when told to expect one. If you have a question dont expect an answer and if you do manage to find someone the answer is never right. This is what you encounter when management doesn't care about customers. HOW SAD.

Absolutely love this store. I drive past another store to go to Southington
