This store is huge and the staffs are friendly. I like free cutting tools of the woods.

If you need carpet or flooring Mariflor is the person you need to see. She was very helpful through out the process, asking questions that helped me think of things I wouldn't have. Was very knowledgable about scheduling and delays which helped us keep our project on time.

They have a nice, big parking lot which is a must. Lot of things to choose and friendly staff.

I didn't get the help I need. After seeing one of the managers yell at another worker, especially a minor, it seemed like the store environment was toxic. I immediately grabbed one thing and left.

The employee named Claudette was very rude and had a nasty attitude. She can be heard yelling at a customer/employee from five aisles away. She shouldn't be working if she can't control her temper.

My favorite store AND it's right next to Costco so it's even MORE convenient than any other location.

I absolutely love this store its my go to store, if they had groceries it definitely would be my one stop shopping place. I have never met a single employee i did like. Thank you.

This store isn't enforcing their own employees to properly wear face masks during the pandemic. One employee in particular named Rayn refuses to cover her nose/mouth with her face mask. She is extremely combative if you say anything to her about it. I have complained to the manager named Lexi and nothing seems to be getting done about it. I will be filing a complaint with Washington State.

They don’t know their own return policy. They allowed people to come in during the pandemic without masks as I was at the return counter. Multiple people informed the staff they had no masks and the staff didn’t care. I am not sure who is in charge here on the weekends but they probably need an internal audit.

Karl was absolutely rude at the you scan check out.

Dont shop here they do not follow through on what they say, they sell you stuff say it will be ready for pickup next day and then sell it to someone else.

Usually whenever I come to this store it’s so hard to get someone from staff to help out, but Anisha was on it! Approached me with a friendly tone and helped solve all my problems in a timely manner :)

Staff here are friendly. They will stop to talk to you or help you find items quickly. I was looking for a nail gun that showed 9 of them in-stock. I couldn't find it on the floor. A staff member went above and beyond to find it in their storage, bring the hole box out, gave me one and stocked the rest. I could tell that she took pride in her job and customer service. Thank you for your help Linda!

Lindsay made my return of a Black & Decker chainsaw going bad in 8 days fast and efficient. She then made herself available to assist and educate me about chain saws the store carried in stock. TY for the great service.

THE ASSOCIATE AT THE PAINT WERE VERY HELPFUL

Always Relaxing to walk around and take my time. The shelves are always well stocked. Easy navigation around aisles. My military service is always honored and I get a veterans discount.

I was very disappointed with how the employees treated me when I really had a simple question regarding a deal the store had. First employee at the customer service directed me for help to the department I had a question on but I was already there and did not get any help. I decided to take couple items to the cashier and ask them if they knew about the deal the store had. They scanned the items which were not a match for a deal and could not provide me with an item I need to bring to get the deal, even with me showing the photo I took if the stand at the store. There was a picture of a tool you get for free but no size specifications, the cashier didn't want to help we finding that out and refused to find who can help. I was told that if I bring the items, they can scan and find out if it was a match for the deal. I brought the 2 different items that looked like the picture and when to a different cashier. They scanned them and found out they don't match to be a deal, and couldn't tell me which item to go get so I can get a deal. Finally the cashier found a manager who went over to the stand where the deal is advertised and told me that they were all out of what I'm looking for. I still didn't get what size was included in a deal, only that it was smaller. I was just frustrated that I had to go through 5 different employees to find out I that this store did not have the deal item in stock. I just wish someone would know the details of deals this store has going and provide simple answer right away, or find a person that can help and not just leave a customer frustrated.

I was shopping in Tukwila Home Depot store 3 times. I have very positive visits - I bought what I went to buy! The employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

PRODUCT EASY TO FIND,AND ALL EMPLOYEE ARE VERY HELPFUL

Impressive and unexpected level of customer service I received as I had both a return and a pick-up order. An item I ordered was out of stock and the Customer Service Associate went above and beyond to suggest, collect and show me alternate items for what I needed to get the job done.

They don't answer the phone and don't bother to staff the returns counter

Customer service was great, I was able to return broken mop bucket without a big hassle and obtain a replacement, I love great customer service.
