Everyone in this Home Depot is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated all the help that my husband and I received.

The brand availability, product availability, and friendly sales associates are consistent.

I was shopping for plants which is always fun. I was able to find plants in good condition but the selection of vegetables was disappointing. There were plenty of spices but only tomatoes and peppers for the standard vegetables. I ended up at Walmart for the plants I couldn't find.

Actually I was undecided about purchasing some cabinets for my kitchen which I am having remodeled after 40 years of neglect. Home Depot had a sale of 20% off and a young associate by the name of Sam was so respectful and helpful that I immediately made up my mind to purchase the cabinets. Sam made sure I found everything I needed. Thanks Sam and everyone else involved. You made my day go smoother.

I shop Home Depot almost exclusively. I am usually not disappointed, but when I am it almost always involves the cashiers.

We've rehabbed a lot of houses, & we've been to a lot of Home Depots, this is definitely one of the best. Clean, well organized store with helpful employees. :)

This Home Depot is like my home away from home. Sometimes I buy alot and sometimes just one little item. This trip was like all others; there is usually one or two little obscure items I just can't find. No worries as there is always help handy. If the person I ask doesn't know they always find me an answer and don't hand me off or tell me to look in aisle X. I wish I knew the guys name that helped me this trip because I'd mention it but I simply don't remember. He was a young kid in electrical/fans. I needed some fan balancing kit...yes, like a $2 thing. He knew exactly what I wanted but could no find it. He looked it up on the web to get a visual and still just couldn't locate it. After a phone call he walked me right to the part. It is the same every time I go; I love this place and their outstanding service.

Products listed on line and not available in the store. Why publicize limited items if the store will be sold out before 10 am and you are not substituting items for the sold out item. Very disappointed in store!

Niki in the pro desk dept. helped me and when I told her that after coming to this store the past 19 years, that she was sooo kind and made my experience pleasurable. Her response was that she treats people as if she is the customer. What a valued employee you have.

As usual, Home Depot didn't fail me. My crockpot handle broke off, and Mustafa helped me make a new one from a drawer pull, and a screw/nut. Thanks for being so reliable!

Going to this HD is like going to the dentist. You don't want to go but you just have to. Unlike the dentist, though, you are likely to not be able to find what you are looking for and are likely to leave with the wrong thing in hopes you can make it work. They often don't have what you are looking for and the parts bins are a mess. Tool rental folks are pretty slow and the chain saws are a joke...disposable chains? These cut nothing.

We were shopping for a pot to transfer our daughter's bean plant into and the associate in Lawn and Garden suggested going with a black pot so our daughter could decorate it with stickers or chalk markers or something. We had not thought of that when selecting a pot! It was a great idea to make the project more fun for our daughter!

My wife and I were approached by three different employees all of which were polite and very helpful. An employee at the return center offered to check us out rather than sending us through the regular check out counter which saved us time and provided excellent service.

I enjoy shopping at this store. The people are always friendly and very helpful when have any questions.

DId not require assistance. Walked in, grabbed what I needed, proceeded with self check out. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The "greeter" is the first person you meet when you walk into the store. She is fantastic. She must have a photographic memory because she know every item in the store and where to find it. I wish all greeters were as knowledgeable as she it. Thanks for your help. You sure get an "ATTABOY" from me. And I don't think its fair that I'm not allowed to mention her name.

Had the most amazing experience in the paint department today. Fast courteous associate help us find what we need and within our budget.

THE STORE WAS VERY BUSY BUT LIONEL AND NIKKI STOPPED WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO ASSIST ME IN FINDING EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. BOTH INDIVIDUALS WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WENT BEYOND THE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TRULY APPRECIATED THEIR HELP. IT IS EMPLOYEES THAT MAKE A COMPANY SUCCESSFUL AND LIONEL AND NIKKI CERTAINLY REPRESENT HOME DEPOT WELL. THEY SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR PROVIDING OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Topher, the store associate who assisted me, was incredibly helpful. He showed knew the answers to all my questions and went out of the way to make sure I completely understood his answers. In order to better explain the problem I was having with my door, we went to the door aisle. He pulled out a door and used that as a model for the explanation. Topher even acknowledged he was giving me a lot of information and offered to write everything down for me. Also, I had a question about light bulbs, an area outside of hardware, and he happily walked me over to the light bulbs and showed me what bulbs were available that met my specification. The only issue I had was the selection of 3-way CFL's that were available. There were only 50-100-150 and I was looking for 30-70-100. I bought incandescent lights instead and will probably look for the lower wattage CFL's online. Overall, I was impressed with the helpfulness of Topher and will ask for him next time I come to Home Depot.
