I went to the Home Depot store, two weeks ago to purchase some lumber and the experience at the store was horrible. I spent almost 3 hours at the store, and it was a very difficult to get anyone in that area to assist us, in picking up all the material that I needed. I left very upset disappointed. Even a male supervisor came by and he was very unprofessional!

Very common that stock is not available, even if website says it is. Common to have 5-7 employees chatting, but unwilling to acknowledge you or help. If you ask, you will be dismissed 9/10 times, or told to go ask someone else, somewhere else. It’s really that bad.

Every time I meet with Berthalina she is always so welcoming. I love each and every quick visit.

I always shop at the Home Depot because of the availability of products in addition to the wide range of service benefits! In my opinion, there is no other store that I love more than the Home Depot!

Typical Home Depot store. The Kitchen and Bath design is second to none. I would have given them 5 stars, but the delivery service is the worse I have ever seen. This is a company that is a Home Depot contractor. I would use my pickup and delivery people.

The Home Depot in St. Croix has excellent customer service. They are always courteous and are always willing to assist. If an item is not available, the help you find an alternative. Just great service all around. That’s why I keep coming back to spend BIG money!!!

I buy all my washing goods. From washing detergent to washing boosters.

Pauletta who was working returns and stepped up to help me out when i was trying to check out at the service desk is extremely helpful. No one has ever explained the pro account program to me that pops up all the time at check out. She walked me through the benefits and got me signed up right there!! 5 STARS PAULETTA!

Asked an employee to help me get 8 bags of cement. He said he was doing returns and suggested i ask another employee. I then went over to the cashier who was speaking with another employee. When she looked over at me I said "Good afternoon" and then asked for help. She looked around as though she was looking for someone to assist me. Then, both employees walked away. After five minutes, I left since noone came to assist me. I am very disappointed with the consistent poor service that is being provided to me and other customers!

There a few good employees and the Store Manager is great. Most help you when you ask for help but some don't if you don't ask.

Best hardware store on the Island

The employees provide good customer service. My only problem is they are always either low or don't have the items. The shelve need to stay stock

Store was clean and organized A young lady named Ray-Ann assisted and was nice to but more so Millie. Millie was very helpful and when i asked her for help though she was on a mission doing her job but when i requested her help she did not hesitate to stop and assist me then point out to me where the size of the item.which i couldn't locate for 3 mins standing there looking Millie was exceptionally pleasant and extremely helpful

Good costumer service and u could always find what you’re looking for

Store is junky and poorly organized. Aisles are cluttered with items waiting to be stocked. Level of training in customer support is way below what I have experienced at other stores.

Tammy went and located some roofing materials that were previously purchased. These materials were in another aisle and could NOT be found when the trucker arrived earlier to pick up my purchase.

Customer Service in WINDOWS and DOORS was superb, on-point. Professional approach and mannerism were key factors in the service we received - special mention Ms May.

I did find the product I was looking, and was shown a better deal, which I purchased instead. I got friendly help from an employee that was going to the restroom and actually stopped to ask. It seems like there is a need for more people. I found the store to be fairly clean but cluttered.

The reason I put four starts is because they have so much stuff in garden doesn’t belong there and block the items that I was looking for .maybe get stuff like in Main Home Depot ,so we don’t feel we don’t have it in at croix .and a lot stuff can’t be shipped here or s Nd it to our store The employees very helpful , special all new employees go above and beyond The training had improved

I am happy that we have a Home Depot on St. Croix. The store is very much set up as all the other Home Depots that I have visited of island. This is my get away spot to go and visit to see what is new and take advantage of any sales at the time. Keep up the good work.
