It's my toy store. Very clean, supply turn around is good, employees are very willing and helpful. Some times they go out of their way. Always courteous which is big for me. Great store.

This store does not manage inventory well. The quantities never match the HD App. The curtain rods department seems neglected and the same for the floor mats. It is very annoying to search, purchase and expect items only to be called and told half of your order is not available. Fix this HD!

We love our Home Depot!! They have saved us, many times over, especially since the hurricanes of 2017. The staff has never been anything but helpful, courteous, and held up well under the pressure. Kudos!!

I was greeted at the door and a Sales Associate assisted me with finding the items that I need for construction. The overall experience was quick and easy and the Sales Associate was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well lit.

You kind of have to know someone who works here to get any help, otherwise hopefully you better know the item or materials you want to purchase.

I like the fact that Home Depot is in the home improvement business and they are honestly providing the highest level of service, their prices are affordable and they do have the widest selection of products in St. Thomas. Indeed it's my one-stop store. The store is always clean, the shelves are always well organized and stocked to capacity, The associates are friendly and helpful. Customer service is a plus! The store is excellent except for a time recently when a security guard grabbed me by the arm while talking to my friend. I was purchasing a ladder. She let go of my arm right away, but mentioned to my friend that she came over there because of me, as though I was a criminal. (I was moving the ladders around to select one that wasn't noticeably scratched or dented). Then she escorted me and my friend to the cashier. I have a Master's degree, and I own a sis unit apartment building. I also own a home that I'm currently renovating. I hire plumbers, electricians, masons, and laborers. I visit Home Depot regularly, at least 4 times a week. I spend an average of about $500. a month at home depot. There was no cause for me to be treated in that manner. If I thought it would make a difference, I would have reported the incident to a manager. But here it is! Hopefully someone here would address the matter.

The store is well kept and for the most part the staff is Very Friendly.

The associates are willing to help, and provide excellent services. In spite of the demand, they gave warm smiles and make themselves available to assist. It’s the only Home Depot in St. Thomas, USVI. Please help the store remain stocked up. The Island is rebuilding after two major hurricanes, the products can’t get there fast enough. Blessings!

I have always have recieved good customer service from home depot associates..am not trying to be bias but i only deal with the old associates before the hurricanes associates like tamika, shawna, neffy and the big guy matthias these are my people also the manager Nika very knowledgeable.

The strong benefit from this store is how much attention the worker pay to the customers. They go out of there way to please. They don't even want a tip.

The store is always exceptionally clean and fully stocked. The service is very pleasing. Most of the employees know me cause I’m a frequent shopper. I never have to do heavy lifting or too much searching. An associate is always available to assist me. It’s a one stop shopping center for all my household needs.

I did a transaction at the service desk which is always pleasant i appreciate the fact customers are going to the correct section to check out makes my interactions at the service desk easier for my pick ups. I also had the pleasure of watching one of your associate think she's the supervisor not sure shawna her interaction with a very senior lady she was patient with her and even walk her to the door but what i was impressed about she acknowledged the customers in line to give her a minute while she assist this lady kudos to all your associates

I had the most amazing shopping experience today at The Home Depot on St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. Let me start at the beginning: After donating my routine phlebotomy samples, I walked toward a bus stop since my car battery has been out of order. As I was contemplating, whether or not to wait for a bus to take me to The Home Depot "in the country", a bus heading in that direction was approaching and reached the bus stop ahead of me. The driver waited for me to enter. The bus stopped directly in from of The Home Depot. Upon entering The Home Depot, I had a slight Idea of what I was looking for and where I would find it. Before I got lost in the huge store, I asked the first employee nearby where I could find a "handheld generator". Her shocked face told me that I somewhat confused her, but, politely, she told me the aisle where I would find generators. Upon arriving at the generator section with huge generators on the shelves, I knew that I was in the wrong area. I searched, but was moving in the wrong direction. Nevertheless, I saw someone who seem like a manager in the Cashier Area. I asked her the same question. She was not sure what I wanted, but took me to the same aisle with the generators, but the opposite end. As she was about to refer me to a polite young male employee who was working at the same spot where the "Battery Jump-Starters" were located, I found exactly what I wanted. While in line feeling proud that the initial 3 employees who helped find what I was looking for, I paid and checked out. Within 1 minute of reaching the bus stop in the returning direction, a bus approached. I am totally delighted that I found what I needed, I found it with the help of 3 employees, a cashier called me to her empty cashier alley, and I was able to catch a return bus immediately! I was in and out in a heartbeat. That has never happened to me before at The Home Depot or other stores. Thanks Home Depot for helping me become a beyond satisfied shopper.
