Found a great deal on a Milwaukee tool set and cant wait to give as a gift ! Store area was set up perfectly for this particular product, made my shopping experience easy !

Great place to buy your home stuff from, excellent customer experience

I don't usually write reviews about shopping experiences but this stood out as a positive experience. We were shopping for a refrigerator with specific parameters. We had tried a different Home Depot location and walked away very unsatisfied with the service in the appliances area. By chance we tried the Blaine location and are very glad we did. We worked with appliance specialist Di Berens and she was fantastic. She really listened to what we needed and why and worked to find a refrigerator that would A. fit the bill B. be available before the turn of the next decade. She gave us all kinds of really useful tips about delivery, warranties, etc. I realized as we left that unfortunately, good customer service tends to be rare, so when you get it, it really stands out. If you need an appliance, go see Di at the Blaine Home Depot. She is great to work with.

If you need new appliance talk to Di the appliance specialist. She is very knowledgeable!!!

The employees is very very friendly and really eager to help you in any kind of way they can even if they don't know what you need they still try to help you and overall this is my shopping spot and the store is very clean they keep it pretty well neat stuff's pretty easy to find and it's labeled good

Nice and knowledgeable staff. The the sales associate Anna took a lot of time helping us with our purchase. She was very helpful and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase as it was a larger purchase for us at the time.

I just had a really pleasant shopping experience. I had to replace my four kitchen appliances. I was not looking forward to going shopping and having to make the choices, etc. The sales person at Home Depot was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

I work near this Home Depot and refer people to look there for things they need.

Danielle the cashier is AWESOME!!! She took care of my order immediately and completely after I had been getting the runaround for 2 days both at the store and online. I would highly recommend her!!!

Had great service but pretty disappointing to enter the sweepstakes listed on my receipt today only to find out the sweepstake ended 3 days ago.

Associated at entrance told me that vanity 18in wide are not in store and that maybe at back they can help me located one in another home depot.anyway lady at appliance section found vanity and faucet for me and I get what I was looking for.

We were shopping after a house fire, and had some specifics that we were looking for. We were greeted, given much attention, given 1:1 time with specfic questions and details. We had two great associates taking time with us to get our needs met and they even called the manager, who was great as well. We walked out with more savings that we had expected and we will be back many times again.

Love this store! Always friendly and knowledgeable employees. If for some reason the employee asked a question does not know an answer, they promptly get someone who does. Their garden center has such beautiful house plants in very competitive price ranges, if not always lower with better quality.

I went in looking for matching appliances. Anna not only assisted in finding the right fit for me and my family, but also went above and beyond by explaining products and figuring out delivery options. She was pleasant and was mindful to work in my allotted budget. I will definitely recommend to clients, family and friends!

Excellent store, a lot more in stock and staff with a lot of experience

The associates at this particular location are helpful and personal. It's not often I can't find help if I need it, but the Home Depot app is accurate in this location and always takes me right to what I'm looking for.

great greeting at entrance and great help ordering my purchase.my order was was completed by sales person and was being delivered to my home.

The store was clean, the employees greeted us and worked with us and are always especially helpful as we plan and work our projects. Yesterday, we happened to go to five different chain stores. The first store and Home Depot were the only two where we were ever greeted and/or even acknowledged by employees. Di in appliances was extremely helpful and courteous. She made sure that what we were buying worked in our home and met our needs. she explained in detail what to expect the day before and day of delivery. Awesome experience!

Di in the appliance/bath fixtures was wonderful! She helped us find the best product and helped us check-out at her station vs going to the front of the store. The store was well stocked. All the electrical items we wanted to purchase were in stock. Great store!

If your purchasing appliances ask for John, Cathy or Anna. All 3 will go above and beyond to help.

Ben D in flooring was quick to approach me and offer help. He was kind and attentive. More associates should take after him because he alone made the experience worthy of 5 stars and he is the reason we chose to spend $700.00 in flooring at this Home Depot.
