Every time I go to Home Depot Union City store, I get my needs and goals met. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The selection of items are so many, I've not once went home not finding what I need. The store is organised and neat. Prices are better than all of the hardware stores nearby. Returns and refunds are very convenient and easy.

Got charged more than I should have and when manager told cashier to provide us with a small discount for the inconvenience , it was not applied.

Excellent customer service! The employees go out of their way to make sure I get help, or ask another service member to help me who has the right expertise. Good prices, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been shopping here 20 years, and I keep coming back.

Employee walking around like a zombie. When asking for help, they just pass the buck around. asking me to ask the cashier to call someone to replenish the stock from the back even though the line at the cashier is snaking around a couple of aisles. The employee, and there are a lot of them , just walking around, taking a stroll and getting pay. Finally, got overcharged, the price on the receipt is much more than the price posted on the shelf. But found out after i have already home. It's not worth it to drive back to ask for the differences.

Not satisfied today

The managers of the store go above and beyond. Most of the employees are great. Mario in electrical very friendly and helpful, Madam at Pro desk great help, most of the cashiers very helpful especially Rosie. There are a few employees that are not helpful and on their cell phones and not paying attention. Watch out for forklift safety watch not paying attention and on their cell phones. Over all a good store. 95% satisfied.

The Union City store has a wide selection of HW, Flooring, Electrical, Garden and other supplies for Home and Real Estate projects. The service is good and the store is well organized and clean. I store worth visiting for any Real Estate project.

I gladly and strongly recommend to all, to try and shop at the Home Depot, Union City. You'll be amaze on how neat and clean the premise is, all products and materials, and etc. are properly arranged in their respective aisles where you can easily find a thing you need. And no worries on any problem that may arise, polite and friendly employees will warmly assist you and answers your questions professionally.

Products are of good quality and you can find products easily .The assistance can help you with the products you want to buy.

You need to have number or letters on the light poles in your parking lot so we can remember where we parked.

Hayward store sucks, union city store has a different vibe and more welcoming

The store is very clean. We found exactly what we was looking for. We received great customer service, very helpful employees.

Excellent Customer Service "Jackie" - Manager is a great employee. She's dedicated to providing great customer experience to all the HD customers. I've heard her name from lot of other customers. I bought about 25 items on my card A but after going home, I figured out, I want to charge on my card B due to some reasons. Few employees were not ready to do that due to it's huge amount of manual work. She showed her willingness, manually typed all item #, refunded everything and then again charged everything on other card. I didn't see any sign of tiredness or grumpy face. She was still patient and happy while doing her work. I wish her all the Best and would recommend her for upper Leadership position. Friendly and Knowledgeable employees All the employees here are so friendly and cooperative. They go beyond and walk with you to find you what you need. They help you answer your questions regarding your project. Each one deployed on their specific area have expertise for tat particular field. Competitive Price Most of the time, I've seen HD prices are competitive. They've good discounts and promotions as well. Wide variety of choices and range of price for any product.

Kiki at the Service Desk showed me exactly where I needed to go. Joel from Plumbing helped me find the exact parts that I was looking and showed me the correct way to install it. Great customer service, friendly and helpful associates.

Don't buy lumbers or building materials, you will be very disappointed.

I had great help at this Home depot and left the store very happy.
