This is my favorite home depot! I drive a bit out of the way to shop at this store! The people here are very friendly and helpful!!!!

Best selection and best looking plants and flowers compared to the Oceanside and Encinitas Home Depot. George, who works on Sundays in the Nursery Department is extremely knowledgeable, patient and willing to discuss what plants will work best for you.

store is near my home, plenty of parking, ease of entry thru garden center, usually check out at garden center, plenty of people on floor to ask where to find items I came to buy, easy place to stock up on things I need to keep my home running smoothly

I love this store. Most of the time, it is well staffed and the staff is knowledgeable. For every store that I go to ( 4 of them) there are certain times of certain days that it is imposible to find anyone. They are all at lunch or change over. Also why is every store floorplan different? why now have them generally laid out the same? Thane

Employees are always friendly, accessible, and create a human atmosphere that feels homey. My sister-in-law swears that this is the only home improvement store that she will shop at.

Found everything I was looking for. The shelves were full, I wondered if anyone ever bought these items. Of course everyone buys brooms and trashcans, just nice to see a full selection to choose from. I used the self check out and the employee stationed there was very friendly and very helpful. She asked if I found everything I needed and actually seemed to mean it! So nice to see a smile at the end of a very long day.

This particular Home Depot is my favorite store to shop. Lotsa room to park, always greeted at the doors with friendly smiles and acknowledged as a customer. Whenever I can't find an item for my home project there is always someone in the store asking if I need help. They either show me where the item is or look to see if it is in stock. The aisles are never crowded and I find consistant friendly service on my visits. Checking out is always efficient and friendly. Keep up the great job of keeping the store well stocked with product and wonderful employees! Happy customer

As we all know Home Depot is large and contains thousands of products....The assistance that comes from the store employees comes in handy. Find the right product from the right aisle or cutting your wood to your required dimension or be it delivering your item till your car, all is good from you enter the store and exit the store. The items are always arranged, neat, clean.

I just wanted to take a minute of your time to tell you how helpful Aryana was when I came to the store. I had a few questions and she was happy to help. This store has almost everything. They are rarely out of stock on most items. Easy to get in and out. Workers are always willing to help. They don't hide from you when you need help.

Dona in the flooring department was very helpful and knowledeable about the different carpet and vinyl products available and was instrumental in helping me pick out the perfect carpet that could be installed in the short timeframe I had. She took her time and explained the differences

We depend on Home Depot for the products we need and their people to help us find it and explain it to us.

Good clean new store. Substantial inventory. Great service with a good attitude. Easy to get in and out of, and prices are competitive.

Horrible checkout service. No staff, very very slow, and no calls for additional help. Apparently no management vigilance either, or they don’t care.

I have been to almost all of the Home Depot stores in San Diego County in the last 30 years or so. I have always been very satisfied by selection, quality and especially the helpfulness of staff. Recently, I moved from San Marcos to Vista, and my Home Depot became the store on South Melrose in Vista. I was delighted to discover how friendly and helpful the staff at this store is, often offering help when I was just looking, or making a point of going the extra bit to be sure I found/purchased what I needed. Folks in paint, hardware, and other departments are very knowledgeable and super helpful.

Associates were patient, friendly and helpful to us. We have recently moved to a winter home in Vista CA and have made many purchases at the Vista store.

Love going to this location there is always someone available to ask for help!

So very happy with the Home Depot in Vista and the associate, Dave. I called trying to locate a product to hang Christmas lights and Dave went out of his way to assist me. The night and day before I could not get the same type of help elsewhere. I will make the Vista Home Depot my new store. Very clean, well stocked and great employees.

Have always been friendly and listened to me and had great advice for getting projects completed.

In processing a product return. Johnny, Johanna and Natalie were helpful and courteous and handled the matter efficiently. It's a pleasure to shop at this particular Home Depot.

The store was over merchandised in the aisles and no staff that I could see. Cashier was initially very friendly but when asked to do the competitor adjustment only did part of the process. Store policy is to meet and beat any competitors ad by 10% but according to the employee only if you specifically ask for it.
