Sales Lady SPOS01 at Cabinet department was extremely helpful.

THE STORES ARE USING ASSOCIATES WITH LIMITED OR NO KNOWLEDGE OF GOODS. THIS LEADS THE CUSTOMERS TO BUY UNSUITABLE GOODS. I WAS GUIDED TO BUY ENGINE OIL WHICH WAS FOR 4 CYCLE ENGINES WHERE AS MY MOWER ENGINE USES 2 CYCLE OIL. WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN AND CHANGE IT WITH CORRECT OIL , A -- RETURNED DENIED-- NOTICE ISSUED BY A THIRD PARTY CALLED ""TRE"" STOPPED THE PROCESS AND I ENDED UP BUYING SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED.

It's always a good day when I get to visit Home Depot.
