Maria in lumbar is always so nice. She has a warm smile and a personable demeanor. She is the only reason I come back to this Home Depot and will continue coming. I missed her while she was gone for a few years. She’s an great person to have on your staff and represents what a Home Depot employee should be about.

the manager don and the guys behind the customer service desk are so nice they go above and beyoned always have my pickup ready and they always greet me with a smile KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK

unless you drag someone down, you get no help, and when you do most times they dont know how to help. you are basically on your own in the store

If you need help, this is the store to go to. Knowledgeable employees make such a difference. I will no longer go across the street bc too many times they had employees that were incompetent and/or I was unable to find employees to help. At Home Depot they sent someone to me right away and he was incredibly knowledgeable. Thanks Dave for the help!!

She was way over worked, paged 3 times to different locations before getting to me, store didnt have my item, she helped me get alternative items and the deal was great.

Happy to know there was no charge for delivery and to install our washer and dryer. It's a big saving cause my husband would of wanted to get the appliances himself and I would of worried cause he getting older.

A few days ago I needed a special brush very badly although they did not have it I got the best customer service when a woman in garden Who went above and beyond to help me.This is my forever store

If ever you are at the Homedepot in Wallingford CT the Plumbing dept is very helpful. anna and tom are very knowledgeable.

I just purchased rugs for the top of my house and for the basement got a sweet deal ‘Kim and flooring made everything flawless for me I recommend using this Home Depot always!!

I went to purchase a stove and planned to get financing and I had many questions. The employee helping me, Lily, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and if she didn’t have the answer she got on the phone to the person who did have the answer. I left the store happy about my purchase and confident that I had all the information I needed regarding financing and expected delivery service.

I came to my local Home Depot because a coupon for my credit card required it. It took an entire hour for me to order two pallets of pellet fuel. Why, you ask? Because HD can't be arsed to supply their employees with working equipment. The cashier that helped me, Juan :) did the best he could with what was available and he has the patience of a saint. He was constantly barraged with questions from other employees, including the initial customer service guy I spoke with. He apologized often despite the fact that it wasn't his fault. The software literally forces employees to complete reCAPTCHAs. Seriously???? Throughout all of the chaos, he soldiered on and made sure my transaction was able to be completed even though my face was surely contorting into the definition of rage and frustration. I filled out HD's survey even though I'm sure they don't actually consider anything people suggest simply so I can share the sweepstakes with Juan if I win. Assuming I can find him when I visit the store next time. THAT is the impact that he made and I wish HD would reward such behavior.

love the fact that we have The Home Depot right in my town. Its so convenient. i shop there a lot and also for things i would normally get somewhere else.

I had been shopping for a new dryer for 6 months because I couldn't afford much at this time. I did look around at other appliance stores and knew I was being scammed by a popular store with charges that Home Depot doesn't charge! And I was pleasantly surprised with the help I received from Supervisor McKenzie in the Wallingford Home Depot. She went out of her way to help me. If I ever need a new appliance or anything else I will shop here again! Won't waste my time on other stores again.

store does not follow the published return policies for new pair of gloves in its original package with a receipt 3 staff persons could not perform a simple return of a non-seasonal $49 Christmas gift item unused and in perfect condition, still being sold at full price tricks you into a store credit contrary to published return policies BEWARE

I would recommend Wallingford Home Depot to anyone who want customer Service with a smile. I have never had a bad experience and your self check out cashiers , LouEllen and Marlene are always focused and friendly. I usually hate self checkouts but not here. Thank you.
