I always know when I enter this Home Depot, and I ask any employee q question, I always am satisfied. Everyone is always so knowledgeable about the stock and where it is located. In fact, I once asked an employee where to find an item. He saw me later in the store and asked if I found what I was looking for, and if I were satisfied; very friendly and professional. I was impressed.

I bought this month and I will continue to buy materials.

I was looking for items and the employee noticed and offered to help me. He even loaded items into my cart.

My cashier Natalie showed great knowledge and experience on top of an awesome personality made my shopping experience quite enjoyable

I have had the pleasure of working with Debbie in Kitchen Design several times now and have always had a great experience with her. She is not only friendly and professional, but has a true talent for kitchen design. She really listens to you and makes the entire process a very enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately the workers at this particular store are just collecting a paycheck not giving the Home Depot service I’m use to getting over years n years. Don’t bother to ask for something as simple as Neem oil they won’t know where it’s at or what it is they’ll just point you to an isle that they think you may find it there. Todays visit was in the garden 1 hour not one employee took me to get the plant I was looking for they didn’t even know what that plant was the only employee who I got from another department n I guess I wasn’t the only one people notice he was the only one helping eating on him I do hope they get commission his name was Azande Jarvis I give him 10 stars

A wonderful guy helped me to get the paint color I needed, and the cashier, Joanne, was so kind and cheerful. Today was a good visit!

I bought a item a few months ago. They tell me.to bring it in for check up. Then, they don't service my machine brand which I bought in that store. Then, why would you make me bring it to the store knowing that you guys don't service that brand. They need to address customers better and no make them waste their time.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON A KITCHEN REMODEL WHICH IS A TIME CONSUMING PROJECT. THE STAFF IN KITCHEN CABINETS, FLOORING AND APPLIANCES WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Well I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered an online order from the Waterbury store on April 11 delivery was supposed to be the next day Tuesday the 12th. Got numerous emails saying that it was going to be arriving. And then got one saying sorry we missed you. Called the number to find out what was wrong with my order and was told there was some issue about the truck. Told me I would get it the following week which I didn’t understand because I ordered it and everything I ordered was in stock as it said online otherwise I would not of ordered it.I told them that my husband had taken Wednesday Thursday Friday vacation days off to do the project in the backyard because the order was supposed to come on Tuesday April 12 and now it wasn’t coming to the following week.she said Friday popped up and it will be delivered on Friday the 15th and again Thursday I get an email saying it wasn’t coming on that Friday I had to call again. When I called they Said I had to cancel that order and re-order it and give my charge card again and they will credit me the first order, so I am now charged twice and have been waiting on over 1500.00 to be credited to my card and it is now 8 days later . And then I got an email saying to disregard any other dates they were sorry for the inconvenience and I will be getting it Friday like said. my husband and I waited all day Friday and Guess what no delivery. So at 6 PM Friday evening I called Home Depot again and was told that I still have a window of two hours for it to be delivered, 2 hours came and went so did the weekend. On Monday morning I got a call from Home Depot saying that I have to come down to the store to swipe my card to get credited the first order they canceled I didn’t understand it because I ordered this online, but I had my husband go with my card and license because I work and he works second shift, he went there and they told him no you didn’t have to come here it looks like it’s already been taken care of.that was a wasted time driving to Home Depot for nothing. I’ve been waiting since last Thursday to have this charge credited to my charge card and called again today to find out why I have been credited. Well he said it’s saying I have to come there and swipe my card LOL what a joke. So he took my card number and tried to credit me over the phone we shall see it’s not showing up yet. My order came on Wednesday April 20th and it was partial order. They said the rest of my order is supposed to come tomorrow Saturday the 23rd I won’t hold my breath.So Home Depot is a thing of the past in our home.

I’m quite pleased with the Gorilla 2-Step Ladder I purchased. Now I can reach higher shelves and in closets and kitchen.

Pros: Very well stocked with merchandise in all departments. Great ProDesk personnel, and Great team of employees in all departments service. Cons: Very busy store..

I've shopped at other home improvement stores looking for hardwoods and moldings. Those stores, you need to purchase a set length, like 8 feet, even you only need 2 or 3 feet. Home Depot allows you to cut off the length you need, reducing waste and lowering cost. The ability to do this is very much appreciated.

The item I was to get was not in the shelf, the associate ran to the display, didn't find it there either, but found a replacement
