Extremely poor customer service. The kitchen designer was the ONLY one who offered to help or gave correct information. A manager should always be available to a customer

Only wish I could give 0 stars. Store is the biggest mess I’ve ever seen in my life. Tripping on stuff left in aisles and not even able to look at product in several aisles to the the stuff piled up and left everywhere. God forbid you need help, the employees will walk away or refuse, while their masks are on their chins.

Was delighted to find a heater especially in this cold weather, and very happy they were in stocks.

I actually look forward to shopping at this store. Employees are helpful and friendly.

The store is generally a mess compared to others I have been to. I will often go to the south Southington store as it seems to be kept better.

The store is clean, workers are friendly, and I gained a lot of knowledge regarding questions I had to improve my home.

At Customer service I got all my answer, store was clean, people were nice.

I go here often for various items I need for my home. I find the staff friendly and thereger to help me. I have been able to find the products that I am looking for and get assistance if I cannot find them. The store was clean and safe from any hazards. I would recommend to go there.

Awesome Depot for us contractors. Pro dept is large, well staffed with knowledgeable associates.And they make it a point to not only get to know their pros, but to learn their business needs as well. To get a call from a pro associate, just to say hey ( I saw you were looking for pt lumber yesterday, just a heads up, a truck just came in with a load ) That's a huge plus for me. I don't have to spend time running around looking for things.....anyways. Awesome store, great employees !!!!

Cashier Corrine and was extremely rude and aggressive. I have reached out to store management six times but no reply!

A filthy and dangerous parking lot. Be careful there. I have been regularly solicited there for money, etc. inside, it’s busy, relatively clean. People who work there try hard and are nice and helpful, but it is an uphill struggle for them. Every other Home Depot is cleaner and nicer.

The staff is always helpful, polite and willing to answer your questions. The associates helped me find the right tools for the job. And the store was clean. Much appreciated!

This store was a complete mess today! The aisles were cluttered with shopping carts (filled with employee/store items, NOT carts that were currently being used by customers), ladders, and huge cartons that I assume needed to be unpacked but there were no employees around working on this. Some of the aisles had so much stuff in the middle of them that it was almost impossible to pass by. There was also a spill in one aisle that nobody cleaned up or seemed to care about.

Great prices good service. They have done wonderful with accommodating employees and costumers during the pandemic. Keep up.the great work.

Product was easy to find ,store was clean and organized somewhat however the line was just too long for check out .

Absolutely, hands down, the worst Home Depot store I've ever visited. I've visited many in Ct. and Fla. This is by far the dirtiest, most unorganized, chaotic store I've had the displeasure of using.

THIS STORE IS UNDERSTAFFED, OVERCROWDED, WITH AISLES THAT DO NOT ALLOW FOR SAFE DISTANCING! DIRTY! ALL THE MANAGER CARES ABOUT AT THIS STORE IS THE PROFIT MARGINS! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY, BUT TOTALLY OVERWHELMED BECAUSE OF LOW STAFFING!

Store was very organized

The Waterbury store is a good place to shop for all your repair or home projects. The store has an availablity of many supplies to help with your projects large of small.

Overall the Associates are rude. It’s busy there, but they didn’t seem to care about customer service at all two days in a row that I was there. I will shop at a different location from now on.

MANY Employees not wearing PPE . Employee yelled at me after the Assistant Store manager spoke to her about wearing PPE

online shopping & pick up are perfect especially during this time.

The store itself was great. The order online and pickup experience was a nightmare. Complete corporate incompetence. An order was placed for an in stock item. They sent an email which said the pickup date would be in more than two weeks. The text response system did not work. Tried calling store and. They were closed. Tried calling corporate, 45 minutes at least on hold before I had to hang up. Tried calling several times the next day, never got through. So I called the store. Hung up on first attempt. Second attempt, very helpful woman who called me back. What she figured out was the website special ordered the item (even though it was In stock). Special ordered items need to be cancelled within 45minutes. My wife spent 2hours and twenty minutes on hold. I drove to store purchased item again. Came home. Put it together and she was still on hold. They can NOT refund me because it was a special order and not cancelled within 45 minutes. I may get my money back in 16 more days. Total incompetence. Voided the whole point of ordering for pickup. Still owe me money!

Associates are always helpful, friendly. Especially now in the midst of the pandemic. i applaud your staff and wish to thank each and everyone of them for brightening our days. i hope and pray none of your staff or their families become victim to covid 19. Stay Safe and keep the Faith!

Anytime I need some help I look for Peter in plumbing, I receive top notch service from this man in any department in the store. You need more like him in the stores!!! AAA plus!
