Employees are very nice and helpful. Amy in mill work is especially helpful. After many calls to Madison East and being treated rudely and offered no help, I went to lake Delton. Amy figured it all out, called Madison East and set everything I needed up. She went above and beyond. Mike at checkout did a great job getting it all charged out correctly. I was taking some and picking some up in Madison but he made it easy. I have shopped here in the past and will definitely shop here again!

The cashier Sharon is always friendly and willing to help find things . She is always interested in the things I build and praises my work. She makes me feel great.

Scott in paint was my godsend on this table project. He made the project smooth and look good with his advice. He's a good man

I made a trip up to the Wisconsin Dells Home Depot from Madison to pick up an online order item that we needed to complete a landscaping project. So it was a bit of a hike, but so worth it! When I walked into the store, I was impressed by how bright, super clean and orderly the store was. The product I ordered online was low in stock so my order had to be adjusted . The Customer Service was exceptional and Leonora (and the Customer Service Team ) provided super competent, friendly service to resolve the issue. She went the extra-mile to ensure a great outcome. Grateful!

Their staff is great! Very helpful. The service department is very professional and actually makes you feel important, not something I can say for the competition.

don't believe them when they say they have what you want and that it will be ready for you when you come to pick it up at the time you said you would. I have had three experiences where they either were not ready when I came to pick the material up or they sold my items to someone else after I had paid for them and then told me they didn't have the quantity I needed even though they did when I paid for them. two of their employees at the customer service desk are extremely rude.

We were in the market for a new washer & dryer. After repeatedly trying & failing to get the Wisconsin Rapids branch on the phone, we called the Lake Delton store and spoke with a woman named MacKenzie(sp). She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and it was due to her help that we decided to travel from Adams County to visit the store. Once there, we spoke with an employee named Ida who helped us with the sale. She was also friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She itemized everything on our receipt, explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, saved us money with a coupon (unprompted!) and just generally made the entire experience very pleasant and easy. I cannot express how happy and satisfied I am with the purchase experience at this tore.

Employees are always helpful and courteous. The supplies here are endless right down to the smallest items needed for faucet repair.

Assistant Manager Venessa helped me when the Customer Service Rep. Steve initially said no to my request for assistance on purchasing a $4,000 standby generator. He was also offended I asked for a manager to help me as he said they would tell me the same thing. Vanessa, listened to my question and needs and was able to handle all of my expectations well, and even exceeded them. Steve was lazy, tired and just didn’t want to work to overcome obstacles to help me find a solution.

I am very loyal to this store- never had a bad experience here. If I Iived close by, I would think of an excuse to come and hang out with these fine employees of yours and soak up their mastery, but I live farther away. I think that you should have a fix-it-show run out of your store.

Outstanding staff! Friendly, know their inventory and the proper uses. They let you shop unless you look confused and then will offer any help you require. I feel that if Home Depot doesn't have what your looking for, it probably isn't being produced yet! I use the Lake Delton,WI. store and find it clean, organized, staffed with well trained people.

My first time at Home Depot was phenomenal. Leon(an employee there) was amazing. This man went out his way to make sure my DIY project was exactly what I wanted. He even went out his way to make sure I got the all the right materials, and figured out certain measurements I wasn’t sure about. He did all this from a picture I showed him. So yes, I was impressed. I recommend this store to everyone. Customer service is great and if your in the lumber section, ask For Leon. He’ll make sure your taken care of.
