personnel who attended to my issues regarding finding items I needed were with me until I finished.

I'm a small business owner. I have placed tens of thousands of dollars of order thru home depots in the past 2 year. My last order was on 7/07/18 for the amount of $4,340.19. I paid extra for delivery and for delivery date of 7/10/18 between the hours of 6am &10am. I had 5 of my workers at my clients job site waiting for this order. 10am on 7/10/2018 came I called the HD store to find out where my order was and was told that I'm not receiving my order that day and maybe the next day. When I did not receive my order on July 10,2018 as It states in my contract and that I paid extra. I called the store Manager Chris who left me on hold well over 35 minutes he was rude and not professional. I looked bad in front of my client, I paid my workers over $1,000.00 for sitting around and waiting for a delivery from Homedepot that never came, I had to cancel NYC Dept of Buildings inspection which takes 2 weeks to reschedule. I may have lost a customer because of Homedepot. I will take my business to elsewhere.

Look for Jordan, if you want First class service, he is Superb!! Other than that, great store!!

James and Nelly at pro desk really do go above and beyond for us as a contractor always making sure that we are well taken care of they are a huge value to your company

If you ask an employee where to find a product and they dont know where it is , they will simply tell you they do not carry it instead of trying to find out where it might be. The store has no standards whatsoever as to who they hire , they are a complete disgrace.

Home Depot for me as a Woman it's one of my favorite store to buy stuff. I just wish you had more Cashiers back. The self check out is not that great, they take too long. And the plants & flowers area almost half of the plants & flowers are dead and still up for sale. Just the other day the plants where getting water in the hot sun..The plants & flowers are supposed to be watered after sun down, for them to last longer,this way Home Depot will make more money by selling more plants & flowers..

The outdoor area where the plants and herbs are arranged are great, they have all the herbs neatly displayed and you can clearly see the sizes of the pots as well as what each plant is. The garden staff and cashier is excellent and happy to help you find what you are looking for as well as if you are buying dirt they will help you to the car with it.

I went to the Elmont store on Hempstead because it is larger than the Woodhaven store and I thought it would have a larger selection. I wanted certain plants and was sure they would be at the larger store. To my surprise I wound up back at Woodhaven and got the plants I wanted. In addition, an employee was very helpful in directing me to the plants I wanted. I find the Woodhaven store well supplied and their employees knowledgeable, helpful and nice.

I recently went shopping at this Home Depot location for some materials and we were assisted by sales associate Ian. He was very helpful and his demeanor showed that he had our best interest in mind. We are very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received!

I saw an item I wanted, but there was no price. A gentleman who worked at the store asked if he could help and he quickly got me the price. In addition, he told me there were more similar items to the one I had and showed me where to go if I was interested. I did and wound up with something I liked better. When I went to make my purchase the line was long. Within a very short time another checkout area was opened and I got done quickly.

Amazing customer service by Frank F. & Janine from the electrical department. They both went above and beyond to help me and my husband find various items in their department. They gave us helpful hints on how to avoid any electrical issues in the future. They were both courteous and efficient in finding these items as well. I hope they both receive recognition for their excellent customer service. Thanks again!

I want to express my great gratitude towards one of your employees. his name is Steve W. and he works in hardware department #25, woodhaven blvd Queens. he went above and beyond in order to help me with my issue. practically, I was looking for the part that does not exist, after I explained Steve what is the issue he found solution and he improvised, and he basically made the part for me. I am so amazed by his knowledge and his improvising skills. I was trying to find the solution for this problem for few days, went to quite many stores ... nobody was able to help me. everybody says: there is not such a thing ... but Steve W. went one step further and he made the part for me. home depot should be proud for having such smart and dedicated employee like Steve. thank you

The Staff was incredible!!! In the past I've been almost ignored as a woman in home improvement stores (including Home Depot), but this experience from each and every employee I encountered was extremely helpful, whether I simply asked a question where I could find an item, to Monique and Giovanni in Store #1220 going above and beyond helping me to put together a display I simply inquired about. Thank you so much to Giovanni! I couldn't had made this display myself.
