Answer:
This kit tells you what lumber you need. You only need a couple 2x6s and some 2x4s as cross members. The length of both depends on the length of ramp you build for example I measured from my shoreline to the river bottom. All depends on your water level and shore angle.

Do you have a kit that would use only one crank and pull the pontoon boat up. Also my pontoon boat is 24 feet long so would have to encompass approximately 15 feet in length

Answer:
Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. We do offer multiple ramps but none that would only require one crank. Below is a link to the ramps that we do offer. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot.

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great ! This kit is great, my 14 foot jon boat and motor only weighs 250 lbs so I use it as back yard boat ramp instead of docking station. The supplied winch in this kit was more heavy duty than the winch that came with my boat trailer and strap is twice as long so I swapped it out and use it on my trailer to launch and remove boat via the ramp. I used 2x4s instead of 2x6s since my boat is so light, holds up fine for my set up. Makes it light & very easy to roll back and forth from shoreline. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The ShoreDocker system is perfect for DIY folks like myself! I was very pleased with the ordering process, delivery time and quality of the hardware. I was able to put the entire ramp together in two days. My particular design required a 24 foot ramp with several vertical supports under water as the drop off from shore is quite steep. This ramp will not only store a 16 foot boat during the summer but will facilitate installing and retrieving six floating dock sections in the spring and fall. July 9, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Overall I have had the ramp together for a week now and it works well. My only complaints are that both versions are illustrated on the instructions and it is easy to look at the wrong diagram during assembly and put things in the wrong place. The instructions are not always clear so be careful. My other complaint is the wench came with a strap and not a cable as advertised (and as stated in the instructions list of contents. Otherwise I like it. May 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very easy to assemble into the finished oat ramp. Grea value as coompared to other solutions. Using this kit I was able to build the boat ramp in a matter of hours. The ramp is very sturdy and works extremely well. I store a 15 ft sailboat on it and I am very pleased. As compared to other storage options for the lake ths was by far the most cost effective. The boat is easy to launch and easy to pull back on to the ramp at the end of the day. July 16, 2013
