Answer:
Thanks for your question. These blocks can be used as a foundation for your shed. The amount that you need will depend on the layout and design of your shed. If you visit the Pro Desk at your local Home Depot, they should be able to assist in how many blocks you would need.

Answer:
You could use this for a foundation for a shed if you have stable enough ground beneath it. You will need 160 square feet of blocks. Each block measures 16 in. x 8 in.

Or would 4x4 timbers be better? Just need something to keep gravel from escaping ! The shed will be 8 x 8, I plan to make the gravel area 10 x 10. It will not really be a foundation for the shed, which has a floor. I want this more for weed control and better drainage underneath. Thanks !

Answer:
Thanks for your question. It will mainly just depend on the look that you are trying to achieve for your project. However, these blocks could be used for that type of application. Please just make sure the blocks would be placed on a firm foundation so that they do not move or shift.

Thanks for your question. This product can be placed atop a block. For best results, you may consider using a construction adhesive to provide better strength and adhesion when attaching the block.

Thanks for your question. The block can be used for such an application. However, you may also consider pavers, as they may be smaller and more convenient to transport.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dogs were digging. Dug a trench under the fence and put these slabs under the fence so they couldn't dig out. Problem solved. I recommend this product. April 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tops in price and service I bought these as a base to set a deck on. At the time of purchase, I saved about $0.50 per block over competitor's price. As to the quality of the blocks, they were in excellent condition and top quality, extremely sturdy and heavy for their size. Exactly what was needed. November 12, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Strong and Durable It's strong, has an appropriate weight, AND, it's price is fantastic. Does its job flawlessly. Love Home Depot's products. November 1, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by behind the strong exterior I purchased this block a month ago and have experience no problems. Currently I have it holding a door open. The door has remained open since I put the block in front of it. Its really great!. I used to own a wedged up piece of cardboard but it constantly would fail holding the door open. This block is much better. May 2, 2008
