When opening this roll it was very hard to find the beginning of the roll.
The tape seemed too thin.
But over all it works as it should.
It's masking tape that peels off the way it is designed to do!

Using this product, left me very unhappy, as you can see, paint seeped around the edges, leaving me several hours of trim work ahead. I always thought Scotch brand was so good, total fail....

this tape was used to hold down ram board down on my wood floor while demo went on for a 3 day job. when i removed it from the wood floor,it appears to have left residue on the floor, embedded in the grain. the floor feels smooth to touch, yet the tape got into the grains. how do I remove it? I recently completed painting my bathroom. I've used it in all my painting jobs for several years. My bathroom took a little longer than expected and my husband was convinced that the tape that had been up a week would not come off. I took off the tape with no residue. I've also left it on windows for several days and no residue. If I ever decided to tape windows for a hurricane, it would be with blue painters tape.
The only drawback I have ever found was I left the tape on the back side of my bathroom mirror and it took some of the silver off. But it was on there for a week.

For the first time ever, I elected to use tape to protect my wood trim when working on a recent paint project. The Blue Painters Masking Tape had just the right amount of stickiness to make it stick to the wood but not too sticky that it left residue behind. I left the tape on for about 30 days and was surprised to find how easy it was to remove the tape. There wasn't any residue and clean-up was simple! I would recommend this product to anyone, novice or expert painter. I will definitely use this product in my future painting projects!
