This product was cheaply made..Im not satisfied with it...wwas putting it in with a Christmas gift but decided not to because of the quality

Prompt arrival, box in good shape, all parts accounted for and the directions to put together were understandable. Fits nine pairs of size 10 women's flats and a pair of soft slippers, one on top the other. It's top heavy so it needs to be tethered to the wall and comes with screws etc to do that. So much more attractive than what I had before and it's perfect window height for my cat to look out. I did need to replace a screw with a larger one for the swivel part to hold together. All in all I'm happy with the purchase.

The outside of the cabinet is very nice and exactly what I wanted. The inside leaves much to be desired. The shoes slide down and fall to the back and it is hard to retrieve them. I am working on finding a solution so they won't slide anymore

The instructions were not clear and the materials are cheap. One of the pieces has already failed and I've have to fix it with items that I had in the workshop. Even when assembled correctly it opens and closes roughly. We had a similar unit that we purchased twenty years ago, which this is meant to replace. Nobody seems to make a compact unit like this that's not made with plastic pieces. I've owned this only two weeks and it's broken once. I don't expect it to last long.

Broke down after 3 days of use

I love my new shoe Cabinet. I have a size 7 shoe and the shelves work great for storage of my shoes. Not large enough for my hiking boots though!

drawers do not hold the shoes very well and hard to open and close

Very easy to assemble. I missed in product description that you have to attach it to the wall. I didn't want to do this. So I shimmed the front so it wouldn't fall forward. I actually use it for bottle storage in my bathroom. It works great, I love it!
