What do I use to place the vinyl tile plank next to the slightly curved bathtub edge that won't take a straight edge? Do i use this tape? I want to cover the old concrete flooring but I am not sure how to come up to the edge of the tub, how to tack it down, and how to cover the edges meeting on the floor. The walls can use splashguard or quarterround, but what about the floor edge of the tub? thanks.

75 ft. 2-Sided Tape for Allure Flooring is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great to buy with the Allure Grip Strip Flooring I purchased this as a "just in case" item for my Dove Maple Vinyl Plank Flooring. I had to use it a few times just for my own level of comfort. I also used it to hold down an over piece of the flooring where I had cut that piece off because that strip fit perfectly at the wall. I suggest starting to peel the edge of the paper back, stick it, and then pull the paper off and continue to stick as you go. It is hard to separate the protective paper from the tape, especially if you lay the sticky side down first and then try to get the paper off. Worth buying and can be used later if any issues arise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have with vinyl planks! Very good adhesion. Great for repairs where glue strip has gotten dirty or for transitioning to separate room.

When working with Allure TrafficMaster Grip Strip products, sometimes you make a mistake and need to separate the pieces. Trying to do this without damaging the adhesive property of the tiles just isn't possible. The 2-Sided Tape is perfect for those instances where better adhesion is needed. I have also found this product to be helpful in other instances where a thin, 2-Sided tape is required.

Worked in reconnecting the seem on small edges. I did find it was easier to heat with a hair drier loosen the glue and replace the complete plank with a new one with fresh adhesive. I has some water leak in basement that caused some adhesive to loosen. But the tape did work as advertised

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked perfectly! I have used Allure flooring in 3 bathrooms (2 for a customer, 1 at home), and a customer's kitchen. An incident in the kitchen install caused the subfloor to fail, causing a about a 4" hole in the flooring, which required pulling up about 4 sq. ft. of the Allure flooring to repair with new. After replacing the faulty subfloor, I used the Allure 2-sided repair tape to renew adhesion to the existing flooring. Although somewhat challenging, the resulting repair looked "as good as new", leaving both the customer and I very pleased! As a side note for others having to repair or replace Allure flooring: use a heat gun or hair dryer to allow for easier removal of existing materials. I used the hair dryer, and it worked fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase I purchased this tape "in case" I needed it. Glad I did. Unusual cuts of tile necessitated some places where I had to have it. It was easy to use. Amazingly the surface covered peeled off easily which is unusual for two-sided tape. It holds everything down. I even used to it hold a piece of tile to cove holes that had been placed into the side of a counter. Worked Wonderfully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must have product For everyone who is installing Allure flooring this is a must have product. With 2 large dogs and even more cats, I live in a very furry world. This tape has saved me when I was not able to finish an entire project. Even after several weeks, with this tape, I was able to clean off the tabs and pick up where I left off and finish the job. This tape is also a great tool box item to keep for future repairs
