Thank you for your inquiry. A double hung window has two vertically sliding sash panels in a single frame. A single hung window is similar in appearance, but only the bottom sash opens for ventilation. For more information, please visit www.americancraftsmanwindows.com

Thank you for your interest in the 70 Series Double Hung Buck PRO White Vinyl windows. This window is standard with a half screen; however, a full screen may be special ordered from your local Home Depot. This window is also standard with LowE Smart Sun glass which does have a slight green/blue tint. For additional product information, please visit www.americancraftsmanwindows.com.

Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by UNACCEPTABLY SLOPPY ASSEMBLY I bought two windows at the "other big box store." and two custom Anderson American Craftsman custom windows at HD. Although the design of the Anderson windows is about equal to the other store's windows, the two Anderson windows were poorly assembled. There was sealant smeared everywhere (I still can't remove all of it), the screens were cut crooked, the screws were missing, one of the internal grilles was installed crooked. If I hadn't damaged the old window while installing these, I would have returned the custom order to HD as unacceptable. How these passed inspection is beyond me, and why HD would allow a supplier to send such poorly assembled products is crazy. Note that I called HD's cust service line and filed a complaint - I'm writing this to warn others that they should either buy their windows elsewhere or inspect the windows carefully at the store (unwrapping them) before buying them. Ugh. July 29, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Changes were made but overall good product The product changed some from the last ones I bought Now yhere is a trim molding to cover the instalation screws which loks better but is a fair amount of work to remove and put it back April 19, 2016
