I have a portable dishwasher that attaches to the faucet. The male threads need to be on the cap going into the faucet neck. If this faucet is not, what do you recommend? Thank you

I'm trying to replace my American Standard Gooseneck Kitchen Faucet. This one is the closest I can find to my measurements, but the reach on my faucet is 10" and this one indicates 7.75 reach. I'm wondering where the measurements are typically taken.

Answer:
The measurement is taken from the neck of the spout to the opening of the spout where the water comes out as shown on the link below.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Junk Second time I bought this American Standard faucet. Both leaked right through the weld under the base. Does not deserve even one star. June 24, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst customer service The faucet started dripping after 2 years Model number 6424F, I called the american standard warranty customer service to order a replacement cartridge under the lifetime warranty, They asked for the receipt witch I did not have with me first time I called, ( I don't know why they asked for the receipt since it has a life time warranty), lucky me I found the receipt, I called them again after a while, I got the worst attitude from the agent I talked to, I don't know what was wrong with that man and why he had this kind of bad attitude. I had to hang up and end the call. Never buy American Standard again. December 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Colony soft 2-handle kitchen faucet in polished chrome I like the high curved spout because it's high enough and gives plenty of space to wash large pots and pans February 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great Product looks great. I installed it in my condo I plan on renting out in the future. Didn't want to install a deeper sink, but needed more clearance than the existing low profile apartment-grade faucet. Only thing, I didn't see this mentioned in the item's description/information, but that may be my oversight. You need to purchase the direct line hoses separately. The connection size on the faucet side is 1/2 inch, and the connection size I needed on the water valve side was 3/8 inch, which is pretty standard. Measure the length you'll need first. You don't want your water lines coiled up under there. This is all pretty basic stuff, but I didn't know it, so I hope it's helpful for someone. Installed it two weeks ago. Attached a picture before install and after install. March 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by For the price a very good product Excellent faucet and very good price. easy to install. I made a good choice February 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great buy Great product, looks very modern Easy to install and works as expected. January 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Look and Price Product works well, no problems. EASY to install, no additional hardware was needed (unless your old connector tubes need to be replaced - check before installing). February 12, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Best Purchase Ever! I've been looking at this style faucets for awhile now. After reading reviews, I decided to purchase this one due to the positive reviews and I'm glad I did. It was easy for my husband to install and has made washing our big pots and pans so much easier! Also, it has much better water pressure than the old faucet. Another added bonus are the levers instead of the knobs (which our old faucet had) to turn the water on and off....this way, when your hands are really dirty and nobody is around to help you turn the water on, all you gotta do is flip it forward with a single finger. I wish I'd made this purchase years ago! March 24, 2015
