I love this faucet! It functions GREAT, was easy to install, has great features, and it looks nice to boot!
-Install was a breeze (my husband swapped out our old faucet himself);
-Awesome water pressure;
-Pull down sprayer retracts automatically, and snaps back into place with a magnet;
-On/off handle closes securely, no leaks!
-Multi-function sprayer has a button to pause water flow (perfect for filling a pot outside of the sink!), and a button switches to the sprayer, remaining in spray mode until you click it back to normal flow;
-Didn't come with a matching soap dispenser. Luckily our old one is the same finish.
Don't hesitate on this one, folks! You'll love it!

Simple, clean and functional. This pull down sprayer faucet is a great way to update your kitchen and a great complement to a kitchen full of stainless appliances. The single handle temperature and flow adjustment is easy to to tap with your wrist when your hands are filthy too. The hose automatically retracts easily enough and clicks into place via a magnet and the tension level of that snap back action isn't too tight which is good to keep the hose extended when needed. The "pause" bottom stops the flow of water and is a convenient option to have. Overall a great faucet from a reputable company.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Tout Sprayer head keeps dropping down.
I have had this faucet a little over two weeks and am finally taking it back. Almost every time you shut the faucet off, the sprayer head DROPS. Take a guess at how annoying this is. Called the manufacturer and there solution was to send me out another collar weight. I had all ready used the one from the previous faucet in addition to the one that came with it. Now you do have to be careful of under sink obstructions. Not the case here.
Looking at pricier faucets, Delta for example has what they call Magna Tite. Why American standard doesn't have this I'll never know. For today I had put SCOTCH tape on it. Now it works great. I would not recommend buying this faucet.

The hot / cold indicator fell out.
The handle scratches the inner ring and ends up looking unsightly.

This faucet is amazing. It is beautiful, matches our sink perfectly, and is fun to use. The water flow has a good range that is responsive to adjustment. The single handle is easy to use and can easily adjust the temperature. The spray is strong and can also be adjusted to softer with ease. Can't praise it enough.

I purchased this faucet in Dec 2013 and one year later I couldn't be happier. It looks and feels like it should have cost a lot more. I still find myself making comments about how much I love this faucet. Photo was taken one year after installation.
I researched other faucets and read many online reviews. In some of the reviews for this faucet, it mentioned the head of the faucet falling out when you turn it on. With this information, when we installed the faucet, we just added a 2nd weight by using the weight from our old faucet and we haven't had any problems.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by dcmikez Nice, no-frills faucet.
This is a nice faucet for the class and category. It's an American Standard and is made to all of their high-quality standards. It should last a long time, but it's really nothing fancy. It's a one-hole faucet, but comes with a cover plate so it can be installed in a 3-hole sink if necessary without compromising design. That's good.
The finish is nice, it's a brushed stainless, but it's made from thinner metal, and the faucet head feels like it has a plastic housing.
The spray nozzle has three buttons. The round one will stop the water from flowing. The toggle switch is to change from the normal stream of water to a spray.
I'm a bit leery of pull-down faucets and believe this one will have difficulty staying put if it's not installed correctly.
Installation is straightforward, but may be difficult if you haven't installed this type of faucet before, but that will only slow you down, not prevent you from doing it well.
Overall if you're looking for an inexpensive faucet that will last a long time, this is a good option.
