Is this tub Aqua Eden Fusion a true white? It's looking ivory on my screen.

Asked by: Elle
You are correct, the picture makes it look off color, but it is pure white.

Can this tub be placed on a tile floor that has a floor heater in it?
Asked by: Horsewoman7167
I see no reason why not. First of all, heated flooring doesn't need to be installed under tub or cabinets, just where your feet meets the floor. It too expensive to install where not needed. If you already have the heated floor installed where the tub is going, it shouldn't cause any problem. A tile floor is installed in a mortar (concrete) bed, and a tub with a few hundred pounds of water and your body will not be a problem..

The tub was just installed in my bathroom, it looks great, but I see 2 issues: it wobbles a little - what is the best way to stabilize? The other is that the water did not drain completely - any remedy?
Asked by: krys
Something I failed to mention in my first answer, concerning the issue of not draining completely. The drain pipe from the tub to where it connects to the pipe in the floor is critical, there isn't much room for error. If the pipe extending out of the floor isn't cut short enough, it could be preventing the tub from sitting down all the way, thus causing the drain end to sit a little higher, so the drain end is no longer the lowest point in the tub. That also might account for a wobble because it could prevent the tub from sitting flat on the floor.

Fits my height pretty well, and has a nice curve to accommodate the back to sit well. Keeps the temperature of the water very well too. Lovely. Be warned- find a water faucet system that works (wall mount, or floor mount)- it will not take Roman bath faucets.

At long last our master bath remodel is completed and our beautiful new Fusion tub is ready for use. Our former bathroom has a builder grade, Fiberglas, tub and shower. We replaced that set up with a tile shower and the Fusion, freestanding bathtub. Our space was extremely limited, as we had only 60 inches in which to install a bathtub. After much searching for a tub small enough to fit the space, we came upon the Fusion, which 4.9 feet, allowing us just a quarter inch at each end of the tub. No other tub wold fit our space, but fortunately the Fusion did fit and looked good and, even at it's small size, had plenty of room for it's intended purpose. I'm 6' 1" and find it has plenty of room for me. Our first concern was that the tub might look jammed in, since there was so little room at each end, but now that it is completed, it looks fantastic. We carried the tile from the shower on the wall behind the tub and around the corner to the vanity, so the tile is continuous from the shower, behind the tub to the corner, and continued the tile around the corner, so the tub has tile on three sides, adding to the great looks. We couldn't be happier with the looks and operation of not only the Fusion tub, but the entire bath remodel. I would recommend the Fusion to anyone, and especially to those of you who might be "Room Challenged", as we were. You won;t find may tubs out there small enough to fit that small space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great find! We originally purchased a 5' freestanding tub from a competitor because the price was good. What a mistake! The tub was made so you could deck mount a faucet, which was not our intent. We have a ranch on slab, so moving plumbing is not an option unless you want to pay a lot of money. We chose to do a wall mount faucet. That being said, a faucet that will clear the deck, plus the overflow cover is extremely expensive. After a tedious online search I found this tub on Home Depot. There are not many freestanding tubs that are 5' or less and drain on the end, unless you go with a clawfoot tub. That being said, we returned the other tub to competitor and installed the new one from HD. What a difference! You can SEE the difference in quality! The tub was not too hard to install, especially since the overflow is built in. It does not always pay to save a few hundred dollars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Perfect! When I started my search for a stand alone tub I was especially interested in a small one as I am under 5'. When I found this one and read the 2 reviews they were as different as night and day, but I realized the 1 star review seemed really upset about the shipping issues/condition, and had not really rated the tub so I took a chance. I had it sent to the store so I could examine it there and I waited until we had installed and used it before rating it. I absolutely love this tub. It's comfortable, beautiful, and perfect for someone short like me. You do need to know what you're doing to install it or have a professional do it for you. And we were warned that the stand alone taps could be as expensive as the tub, but I found a set on eBay that is fun, goes with our rustic decor and works great for a fraction of what we found locally.

I'm 5'3" and I can comfortably stretch my legs completely and lay back in a 130 degrees angle while resting my head on the tub. My contractor, however, had to cut the ceiling downstairs to install this tub on second floor...
