I have used both. Wet look is great but not worth the extra money. Don't get me wrong, as I said, I like both. Don't be afraid to use plenty. The white milk dries clear and fast. Awesome stuff.

Answer:
Behr wet look sealer doesn't work on colored pavers. It leaves a white milky layer on the pavers. Makes pavers look ugly.

I've had an issue with the sealer! Waiting to see response from Behr!
If you use a wet look sealer on your side walk I would recomend putting some sand or gritt in your final coating because this is very slippery when wet. Sometimes the dew can make the surface slippery. My concrete had a broomed finish so it was very rough before applying the sealer!

The Protector and Waterproofer is formulated with silicone and penetrates uncoated concrete up to 1/2" in order to keep water out. This product also prevents salt damage and corrosion.
The Wet-Look Sealer is meant to be a film forming top coat with a higher solids content that sits on top of the concrete and masonry in order to beautify and protect the surface. It can be used by itself on top of concrete and masonry or it can be used over coated concrete to give a glossier appearance.

Dear Tucker,
Thanks for your interest in our Behr Premium Wet-Look Sealer. Our Wet-Look Sealer is ideal for use on porous and unsealed/unglazed surfaces. We are not completely certain what you are referring to as "black rock". However we are familiar with polymer sand (granular material placed between the joints or seams) and is commonly used with pavers which we believe you are referencing as "black rock". If we are correct in our assumption, the Wet-Look Sealer is suitable on pavers and polymer sand. Before you apply the sealer, please ensure the surface is clean. We recommend using our Behr Premium Concrete & Masonry Degreaser & Cleaner to help clean the surface.
Caution: If "black rock" is a sealed/glazed type of surface, Wet-Look Sealer will not adhere. Read Less

It rained, very unexpectedly, about 6 hours after I applied my sealer. Is there anything I can do now and if not, what would I expect to see happen? It was a warm dry day and it seemed very dry but it rained a lot overnight.

It happens to me all the time! In most cases even 3 hours and your ok. Ive seen at times some of the sealer lifts us and returns to milk but they will still be fine! I like to hit them again later. Makes pavers last forever!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bed I buy these products because they told me this is going to be a wet looking sealer and and is not looking good now I don't know I need to clean this off May 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So happy with result! I applied this product to my 19 year old brick paver deck that has never been sealed. Prepped with a good power wash, general purpose soap cleaner, and replaced the joint filler with a polymeric sand. I was worried about using this product because I know you usually get what you pay for and it cost a lot less than other premium sealers. I could not be happier with the result. My old sun beaten deck looks better than new. In fact, I am so happy that I decided to leave feedback (very rare for me unless I am upset with something). Cleanup and application was easy, I used an inexpensive garden sprayer and paint roller. Used 2 gallons on a very big area. June 8, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wet look sealer Had painted my floor at my hanger( 1760 sq/ft) with Behr grey paint and was looking for a good sealer to use read some reviews and decided to give this a try put on the first coat with roller and came back the next morning and it look good only used about 2 gals so I put a second coat on came next day and WOW it really shined I give this a AAAAAAAAAAA Plus April 19, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never purchases again I used this sealer followed the instructions put two heavy coats . With in 2 months it started to pill off I have flag stone drive way that i used it on. I would not recommend it . Yes it looks nice for a month or two but it pills right off after that. July 6, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Milky finish on colored concrete I tried 4 different times to make this turn out without a milky white finish over my tan colored concrete and everytime it was a failure. The folks at Behr who told me it would improve after it was fully cured, unfortunately there has been no change in a month. It says wet look which would lead you to believe it would add a nice rich look however it did the exact opposite. I bought a different sealer and it turned out perfect the first time. The Behr product is going back and I have my fingers crossed that the Stripper works better than this did. See the pics, the poor result is beyond explanation. The 3 milky spots are from the Behr Sealer - Darkest is from the other manufacturers product - Next to that is the bare colored concrete On other areas with larger exposed aggregate it did leave a nice shine on the exposed rocks but the color in between is milky white. July 23, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product It is milky and ive used it on pavers and even slate. I don't know what you guys are doing wrong. The white milky color disappears within an hour. This stuff beads water like crazy and continues to protect long after the beading action stops. Has never stained anything. October 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed I apply a wet sealer on my pool stamped concrete deck every other year. Last year I chose to use the Behr Wet Look Sealer and now am spending countless hours and money trying to remove it. It was not very good as the entire terra cotta colored surface looks completely white. I tried to pressure wash off the coating last night and made it look even worse. My back yard has never looked so bad. May 18, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by nightmare product Leaves white milky look within a month DONT BUY Looks good for a week goes on milky very dull Not sure how to strip off September 14, 2015
