Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks good, works fine, then QUITS in only months! Had a coffee maker that worked just great....saw this one and really wanted to add color to my kitchen. Got it, worked fine, then today, it just quit. Yes, I cleaned it monthly. I take good care of my things. No amount of research about a reset, troubleshooting or help on website. Only pdf of manual, which I have already. Everything lights up onscreen, clicks easily through the settings....it just WON'T BREW!!! Which is it's one job...to brew. You can sure bet I am searching for the receipt for this pretty orange....paperweight!

This review is basically a summary agreeing with most of the other comments. 1) It looks great 2) It works a couple months 3) Stuck on Last brew. 4) I now have a $40 Red dotted paperweight. Not impressed. At first I thought the Last Brew message meant it kept up with when you enjoyed your last brewed cup of coffee, which in my case worked perfectly last night. I now understand it to mean Last Brew literally as "Last Brew" and it is equivalent to the Ring of lights on an Xbox. It basically just makes fun of you by counting how many minutes you have waited for an empty pot of nothing. #Game over. #DunkinDonutsHereICome

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good machine, flawed service. I purchased this coffee maker less than 6 months ago. The carafe broke today. I was reading other reviews with same issue & was instructed to call 1 (866) 832-4843 for replacement parts. I was informed by the gentleman that they're on back order & can't even place an order for a new carafe for several months. I will be going back to Mr. Coffee machine as I can get it serviced immediately if need be. No brewing coffee for MONTHS? Terrible warranty service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from no coffee I set the time yesterday, won't make coffee today. I follow instructions, pull the plug out of the wall, wait, reinsert the plug. Set time, set mode to regular coffee the maker beeps, push the select button, push the start button. Just sits there, pretty blue light on the start button but not maka the coffee.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can't get customer service to answer the phone! I have been calling to inquire about replacing my carafe. I can't get through to anyone. I will not leave a message as I will most likely not be able to talk when/if someone calls me back. It is starting to look as though I will be switching brands of coffee makers. I have been generally satisfied the with coffee maker, but my husband will not drink the coffee from it. He says it tastes like the coffee has been burned. I initially bought this brand because of the nice design. I should have known better and bought a coffee maker with better reviews.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Brew button is faulty I won one of these and love love loved it. Suddenly after only two months the breast button won't work. Same thing as a bunch of other people have reported on thus review site. It just goes to a clock and counts. No coffee. Very frustrated because I don't have a receipt since I won it at a stag and doe and i gave my old coffee maker away that I've had for years and always worked. I wish thus one had given me at least a year.... it's very pretty and brewed really well but again... only for two months....
