Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 21 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Almost a good table I bought this table as a new woodworker based on Bosch's reputation. The only real complaint for me is the 3 Mounting Plate Insert Rings. They are weak and eventually start to dip/sag when inserted causing the effects of that to be transferred to your wood as you move it across the top. Looking for a different table with a smooth level surface now. I didn't experience the other tightening problems as in other reviews. That all still works fine for me after three years. Some black marks on my wood from sliding across the aluminum mounting plate though. I have a Bosch router, so I was able to adjust it through the top, but I did have to wiggle the router from below when doing so to get it to move freely once it gets sticky from dust build up. It was a good starter table. April 30, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by This product has great quality but is not as adaptable to other routers than Bosch. The table itself it great, but I am disappointed with its ability to handle a different brand router. The locations for my router mounted it to left of center, making it difficult to use larger bits. I had to redrill the mounting plate to make it fit my machine, even though it was listed specifically by model number. I am disappointed. Once retro-fitted, it works great. Just like I thought, but a lot of re-engineering to get there. September 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Table I've got a Dewalt router, and it fit perfectly. Easy to assemble; great table for the money. December 3, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor product from Bosch after very few hours of use the mounting plate leveling screws stripped out. The fence moves as you are routing. And when I got the fence tight enough, those bolts stripped also. And the cabinet fills with saw dust even with dust collection in place. So now my table top is uneven and I have to use wood clamps to hold the fence and I cant put anything in the cabinet. I love my Bosch router but this table stinks January 21, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great for the money An excellent router table for the price point. I looked at all the major bench top router tables, Benchdog, Kreg, Bosch RA1181, before selecting this one, and I'm happy with my choice. It's built sturdy and is flat and square. I liked that this RT was a cabinet style with an external 2 plug on/off switch. The fence is surprisingly sturdy and straight. I was a little disappointed in the router plate, it's nice that it's Al, but it's cast Al, which makes it feel a little cheaper, but it's sturdy and can't complain for the price. If you have the time/money/space, I'd recommend getting a full size router table top and building a table under it, but this little table is perfect for my needs for now. January 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very sturdy This is a great table for a DIY'r, easy router mounting good vacuum attachment, nice fence, attachments and very sturdy. March 20, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK for the price Split fence is a problem had to shim to get them even. Router plate too low and cast as others stated. I used some washers to even the plate to the table. I did use some silicon spray and wiped it dry to help the material slide across the table. Over all I was able to complete my project but will probably build on in the future with better materials. I use a Bosch router and had no issues getting it set up. February 15, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great concept, but falls short Overall this is a nice little router table for occasional use. There are two main drawbacks to the table though. 1) Accuracy of the router fence - the alignment marks are only good for a very course adjustment - to within a 1/16 or so. This is dependent on the positioning of the router mounting plate and the milled recessed area for the mounting plate on my table has a bit of play and is not square to the table. 2) Durability of the fence hold down - the fence is held in place by two square bolts in a slot cut into the table top. Because the surface is particle board, the slot to prevent the square bolts from rotating when tightening or untightening wears very quickly. I ended up routing two slots for Rockler's T-Track and buying some T-Track knobs. The cost to do this far exceeds the difference between this Bosch table and the all-aluminum one (RA1181) April 11, 2014
