Installation was straightforward, looks good and functions well. Installed two of these double units in my three car garage, and they keep it quite comfortable. The units cycle as needed, as the thermostat has a good range. I had these cranked up on high and had to turn them down to only about 1/4 on, as they were roasting us out while we were putting up the drywall ceiling. I keep them on lowest setting now, and in 20 degree weather outside my garage is at about 50, and still can crank it up if needed. They are not noisy, just normal fan sound and we can still carry on a conversation while they are running. Wired to 40 amp breaker, 220v, and the pair draws about 33 amps combined.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by west Don't let the size fool you! Quiet and very comfortable
For its small size it heats a large area (14ft x 21ft) in the coldest of winters.
I have used it now for four years. To cut the heating cost I now heat with it the downstairs (living area) only and enough of the hot air rises to the bed rooms upstairs . During the night I turn it to a low thermostat setting. In the morning it warms the area up very fast. I do not regret having selected the 4,000 Watt instead of the 3,000 Watt rating because it provides for a fast heating and then cycles on and off.
The installation was simple. #10 AWG wire and a 20 A double pole breaker was all that was needed to complete the project.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Donny Excellent product
I bought this heater to use in my sunroom that is 18x 22 and has two walls of floor to ceiling windows. I was hoping the heater would be enough to just take the chill out if the air since we use the room to enter and exit the house. To my surprise, this unit gives off more than enough heat that I can enjoy this room all winter long. Was easy to install and didn't raise my electric bill much. Very happy with this product. Highly recommended.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TAvery Good unit, should have bought it somewhere else
I would recommend the product but unhappy with the purchase experience. Product review below.
When I ordered this unit, I spent alot of time looking for the type and model I wanted to use as a backup heat source. Once I made my selections (there were other items on my order), I went to check out and got a message that one of the items was no longer available. I had to delete it from my cart and start my search over. When I looked, this same heater was listed, with the same model number, for $30 more. Out of curiosity, I added it to my cart and tried to check out. Amazingly enough, it was now in stock with the higher price. I purchased it anyway, after all the time involved, but on principle, should have ordered it from a competitor.
Now on to the review.... I was happy with the product overall. Installation was straightforward and pretty easy with one small problem. The size was supposed to fit between 2 studs spaced 16" on center. The unit was actually about 1/2" too big. Since I was putting it in a non-load bearing wall, I felt comfortable trimming the studs. I didn't take the time to figure out if it was bigger then it should be, or if those 2 studs were spaced a little close. The finished unit is attractive and seems to push out an impressive amount of heat. I only used it for about 5 minutes to try it out, since it is intended as a back-up heat source, but I am confident it will fit the purpose if needed.
