Once installed these sturdy PVC panels provide the unmistakable look of traditional tin ceiling panels, but at a fraction of the cost.

Answer:
Ceilume tiles can be cut with regular household scissors but, if you are cutting in several lights or have many border/edge tiles to cut, a pair of straight cut aviation snips will make the job much easier. You can find those at HomeDepot.com by copying/pasting this link into your browser: http://www.homedepot.com/s/straight%2520cut%2520aviation%2520snips?NCNI-5
