For this 4-Burner Grill we recommend the 65" Rip-Stop Grill Cover. This cover would do well to protect your grill from the elements.

Yes, you have a choice. You can purchase an assembled one, or you can take it home and put it together yourself. I chose to build mine. I wanted to make sure it was done right. To pick up an assembled model, I believe you'll need a truck or van.

The grill does not come with a propane tank, however Home Depot sells Amerigas and the original tank will cost you around $43.00. After that, all you do is turn in the empty tank, pay $19.00 and pick up a full tank.

Customer Reviews

4-Burner Propane Gas Grill is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 498.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sleek and attractive Easy to assemble. I have already cooked on it a few times. Only negative is there is grease running down the front leg when cooking. I have checked assembly and position of the drip pan can't figure out how it's happening. Otherwise enjoy the grill very much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value. Easy to put together. Heats up in a few minutes if its not exposed to a lot of wind. When rolling it around I'd reccomend removing the tank because the weight can bend the shelf used to tilt it. I grill a lot and have owned two char broil grills over the last 18 years. This one is easier to keep clean, heats even and fast, and doesn't feel like it will fall apart when I move it; also I use loctite and spray paint on the bolts and screws to keep things tight and protect from rust.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a good grill, a very good value. We have used this grill for several weeks and don't see any drawbacks. The grill develops a lot of heat, getting up to high temperature very quickly. Temperature control is reasonably good, too. The porcelain-coated grates are heavy enough to hold searing heat well, but don't stick to food, which makes for a good cooking surface. The grates clean easily. A quick scrub in the laundry sink and they are like new. The side burner works well with large pots, developing a lot of heat. For the money, this grill is an excellent value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not believe the bad Reviews The time finally came to replace my old char broil after ten years of replacing burners, other things had begun to make this man grill something my wife was getting afraid of : ) (I will never throw it away I will convert it to Charcoal only and perhaps a smoker) we began our search, visited the various stores, did the online research and we ended up at Home Depot with this grill in mind did our comparisons in person and after much debate we seemed to agree on this grill. We slept on it I read the reviews and then became apprehensive over others negative posts over things like a gap which allows heat to escape, slow temperature rise that seems to arrest at 300 degrees and igniter not working and weak side selves that bend easily when lifted from the ends. When buying a grill there are 2 routes to go economy or expensive which means Weber and I am not knocking Weber they make an awesome grill but you will pay for it. I always choose economy as they cook just as well and knowing that in every grill there will be replacement of parts and upkeep over time I see no sense buying an expensive grill until I have a complete outside kitchen so until then I will keep it a cheaper model and replace after about 7 -12 years depending on your care and luck. That being said this grill was first and foremost a breeze to put together, 35-45 minutes. Yes the screws tend to strip so use the right size Philips head (Large to keep a constant tension on the screws like you are suppose to and you do not have to over tighten anything). Stripped screws was listed as a complaint. Second compliant I read was you can't move it without bending the shelves which the store associate also said don't move it by the shelves. So when I put it together I made sure the 4 screws that hold the shelves are properly snugged down all the way so there is no slop and I had no problem moving this grill, just don't ever do it with the tank it it, no grill is designed to be moved with the tank in it for both safety and weight factor. Igniter not working - Read the directions before you try to light it, the third burner is the burner where the igniter is located so if you try to light it by turning on the gas at an other burner it will never light once I figured this out, it lit like a charm. Once lit you can shut off the burners as needed per the cooking directions that come with it. Read the directions. Finally a common complaint is that this grill does not reach temperature. I have no idea what the people who wrote those complaints did wrong but I had cooking temp of 350 in 5 minutes and 550 in 10 minutes of warming up pushing 600 soon after and still going so I have no idea why there were so many reviews speaking of poor heating. I will cook on it tonight and see no reason why this baby should not do a great job grilling and there is lots of room for those like me that love to grill huge amounts of food. I will watch for what happens in regards to wind being an issue with the large gaps around the edges but I see no reason why the rubber bumpers could not be removed allowing the gaps to close. Oh last thing I did see where someone was complaining about which way and where to put the igniter battery that comes with it. Unscrew the housing around the igniter button and there is where you place the battery, positive end out toward you. Worked just fine. Figured it out without the directions and I wonder if the fact that most men just toss the directions to the side and do not read them, is why there were so many negative posts. Read them for a change. : ) Any Typos I missed forgive me!! Happy Grilling.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to assemble and Use I was able to take everything out of the box and put it together in about 1/2 hour. As soon as I had it put together I checked to make sure everything worked and then I grilled some hamburgers and jalapeno poppers. I would have like to of had a spot on the grill to place my cleaning brush, but I will just have to lay it on the side and cover it with my grill cover. I love that it has a temperature gauge on top so I can monitor the temp. My previous grill did not have one, but I still did fine with it. This grill is more stable than my last one as it has a few more supports and is put together more solidly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Quality - Excellent Value This is a very nice grill. I took my time and put it together myself in about an hour. Love the modular design that makes it so much easier to assemble. No parts bags with 1000's of screws, washers, etc to have to mess with. The igniter didn't work but I'm assuming it came with a dead AAA battery from China...lol. Lit everything with a candle lighter and all the burners worked great. On windy days, you may have to turn the grill to block the wind. BE SURE TO TURN ON THE TANK FIRST AS THE DIRECTIONS SAY TO GET MAXIMUM HEAT! Not a side burner cook yet but hey who knows, I may grow to enjoy that part of the grill as well. Well worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ready to rock and roll Bought this grill for My birthday. Online ordering was easy. Pickup was easy. Grill is a snap to use. The grilling area is substantial and has plenty of room for steaks, chops, etc. Have had a BBQ every weekend since I got it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great so far! Looks great, functions well. Side burner is great too. I like the porcelain grate, the electric lighter works great, and knobs feel durable and have a nice weight to them. All the features you need, none that you don't.
