Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 179 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Charbroil gas grill = Garbage I have owned this grill for 3 years, and every component on it has completely rotted or rusted. The grill was cleaned well after each use and even covered and stored in the garage during winter months. The heat tents desintergrated, one of the gas tubes does not work, the igniter failed probably after a year and even one of the wheels rotted off. The grill was purchased for it's price, to try and save some money, should have purchased a Weber like was recommended to me. The Charbroil is a piece of garbage and would not recommend anyone buying one! April 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Charbroil Disappointment This has been our 4th gas grill over a 28 year period. We decided to spend a little more money & get the Charbroil stainless steel model. Even though we use our gas grills quite often, they seem to last 8-9 years and while covered, they are outside all year.. This grill did not even last 3 years. The first thing I noticed was the cooking grates started to peel and fall apart. So we covered the cooking area with foil. Next the wheel broke off. Fixed that too with a block of wood. Then one of the burner knobs broke off. Used pliers to turn the knob. Now the gas hose is split. Time for the trash & time for a new grill, but never again a Charbroil. February 28, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lasts 2 years Kept this grill under a covered patio and under a grill cover. The outside still looks pretty good but the entire inside is completely rusted out and the price of new burners, and connecting tubes is the same price of a new grill. The side burner igniter never worked from day 1. Had to use a lighter to light it. January 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Char Broil grill with burner! I just replaced my old and similar CharBroil grill with this one. It was easy to put together but did require two people to lift main grill on to the stand. Great product! My old Char Broil was new before Wilma and when my screen enclosure was torn down by a tree and my old Char Broil ended up in the pool, I thought it was all over. Luckily for me when my pool man and I hauled it out of the pool two days later, I let it dry off in the sun and it started right up. That's why I chose another Char Broil! I had great use of the old one but after 5 1/2 years outside (by the beach) it was starting to corrode. I am hoping the new one lasts as long. July 9, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grill Master's Grill I got this grill as a bday gift from my girlfriend. My old grill was a charbroil and I had that for 6 years and loved it. This grill has stainless steel where you want it and the inside of the hood isn't painted like some of the higher priced webers which have a tendency to peel with the high heat. I had my first big bbq with the new grill and it performed flawlessly. Holds lots of burgers and dogs and can cook 4 london broils if needed with room for more. The assembly was easy, I just took my time and followed the directions. I would definitely recommend this grill for those who want a great looking grill fit for a backyard grill master September 9, 2010
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This product fulfill our grilling needs so far and looks nice. During the long day of summer we grill a lot. This Char-Broil is doing very well so far. It is new!!! Its construction is ok but not solid as the most expensive grills on the market but cost ½ of the price as well. It is a little tricky to put together but if you have a little dexterity you can do it (around 2h to do!). So, do not attempt to build in the day you want to grill…. The main problem is the quantity of screws that look the same but are not! The most important thing is that it grills very well, not so many cool spot on the grill, and looks very nice. If it rust off in 2 two 3 years it should be paid off already and is time to buy a new one. June 27, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great features and looks really great! What I love about this grill is - everything! It cooks evenly across all four burners if I desire or can have several different things on it and control each of the four burners which is great when grilling meat and vegetables at different temperature. I didn't expect the side burner to work all that great but I was pleasantly surprised at how effective it is. It is like having a second kitchen on my patio. It also doesn't hurt that the stainless steel looks sharp. Bought a cover for it and stainless steel wipes to keep it looking sharp. Also bought it on sale via online so it the price was good and it shipped right to my door. October 11, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by wheres the storage i just bought this grill yesterday. i wanted to put it together myself so i tried but i was missing a bunch of the nuts and bolts. the door was also dented i called the local home depot and told them my situation and let me bring it back to get a different one with out any questions asked. Kudos to the Brownwood store. i just picked one up that was already put together got it home and went to grilln. i love the way this thing works. temp is easy to control and clean up is a breeze. my only complaint about this unit is.is theres no place to hang my cooking utensils. oh well no big thing still love it. ill just have to see how this unit makes out for the long haul.
