I am looking to paint both my tile and my grout, and I want to make sure that if I paint the tile first, then the grout, the polyblend will wipe off the painted tile. Has anyone tried this? Thank you.

Well, if the second color is a lot different than the first I wouldn't do it. That's just my opinion. Especially if your tile has a pattern and provides good camouflage. Read Less

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Product worked Product was a little thick, added a little water to thin down. Wish the bottle size was larger and had a flip top. March 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I LOVE this product. My daughter told me our floor looks "ten years younger". I had a lot of grout to treat, so it took me a while, but it was worth the time and effort. Such a HUGE difference for very little money. December 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HUGE Difference!!!! Recently moved into a new built, so the grout really wasn't dirty, but dull. The color was so bland, it just looked like the floor was one single color. So I bought Grout Renew in Antique White. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! It's VERY time consuming, but it gives your place a whole new life. April 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worth the work I have white tiles in the whole house except the bedrooms and living room, so that's a lot of tiles. The grout was black so you could only imagine the contrast and it also made the floor look dirty. I used the grey grout renew and applied with a toothbrush as indicated on the bottle. That was a very bad idea: wasted too much of the grout renew and too much cleaning up. I then bought an artist paint brush (very small) and applied the grout renew with that. It did a beautiful job with very little cleaning of the tile. It took me 2 months of working about 2 hours a day, 4 days a week to complete. I've had so many compliments and my floors look so bright and clean now. February 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by We are very, very happy with this product! We purchased new granite counter top and found tile to match for the back splash. However, we made a poor choice of the grout for this tile and this wrong grout changed the color of the tile. For two years we looked at our newly remodeled kitchen, not liking what we saw. We heard about this product and tried it. It was a LOT of work as our tiles are 1"X 2" but it was well worth it. We worked in about 6" squares, putting on the paint with a tiny artist's' brush, then would wipe that area with a damp rag. The paint stayed on the grout but wiped easily off the tile. We couldn't be happier with our new look. February 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great! I love my new grout! We had a dark grout that did not look good with the tiles. The tiles have some coloring, but it all but disappeared with the dark grout. We used Polyblend Snow White on it and now it looks much nicer! It has actually brighten our kitchen and bathrooms. One note that may address some of the negative comments like "It looks cheap" and "It chipped away easily": It takes time to do. I probably spent close to 20 hours on two bathrooms, the kitchen, and entry way. One coat did look like a cheap paint job, but after putting the second coat on it looks great! I could have put a third coat on, but I liked the brightness of the second coat. June 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Stuff!!!! I definitely recommend this product!!!! I went on Pinterest and tried every single suggestion for getting my grout clean and white again, but nothing worked. I came across a pin for Polyblend Grout Renew and figured I would try it out. I used a kids sized toothbrush to paint it on and the grout came out beautiful. It was such a success that I bought another color to do the other bathroom in my house. Unfortunately, the person who owned the house before us, did the "handymans special" and clearly did not know how to put tile down. The only challenge for me was when the grout was level with the tile and the space was super thin which made painting somewhat difficult. I kept LOTS of wet paper towels next to me and just wiped up the paint as soon as I was done with one side of the tile. It's a great product to use!! July 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product! I had tried to brighten my shower grout with another product - the kind that you press the top onto the grout and liquid comes out -- but the tip always got smashed early on and it dried up almost immediately, so was pretty useless. This grout renew is just a liquid. I put a little in the cap after shaking well and used a very tiny water color paint brush. I did my whole shower about 3 weeks ago and let it dry for 24 hours. It continues to look great and hasn't come off, and we shower everyday. I haven't really scrubbed the grout itself since then-- just the tiles. That's mainly because I don't have to scrub since it is clean now. This was a very old shower - the house is 44 years old and is original to the house. January 20, 2016
