Yes, this can be used inside the shower. In fact, I used it to seal around a new shower enclosure.

Polyblend Sanded Ceramic Tile Caulk is suitable to be used with glass tile. The grout joint dimension and scratch sensitivity of the glass tile will determine whether or not the Polyblend Sanded Grout is suitable to be used on your project. Don't know about Haystack, but the non sanded powder grout and tube match exactly. If it's offered, it will match.

I need Alabaster Non Sanded but that color isn't offered can I use Albaster Sanded for less than 1/8th
Asked by: B810
Yes you can use the sanded caulk for less than 1/8" it just maybe a bit harder to force into your joint. I've found these tubes of sanded mix to be far less dense than say hand mixed sanded grout, they've worked for me, hope this helps

Polyblend #122 Linen 10.5 oz. Non-Sanded Ceramic Tile Caulk is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 107.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from I don't recommend this in the tub! Label says it can be used around sinks, tubs and showers. I used it to seal between tile and tub. The color match was OK and I was happy with the look. After about 4 days I was showering when my kids said water was leaking from the ceiling below the tub. After trying to track it down I determined this caulk failed. It had softened to the point of being almost liquid in some areas and just didn't stick well everywhere else. We are a family of 7 so the shower does get plenty of use but it is far from "constant water exposure" the labeling warns against. The good news is it all peeled off very well when I removed it to recaulk.

As one reviewer pointed out, there may be some shrinkage with this caulk and he is correct. To me, however, this is not a major negative and the product is behaving in exactly the manner it should behave. Yes, a second application may be necessary for some joints. Fill joints with backer rod to minimize shrinkage. My shrinkage problems usually occurred where the joint was too small for a backer rod. The "Linen" caulk was an exact match to the "Linen" non-sanded grout. The photos I have attached do not really show how close the two products match. This is mainly due to the shiny reflection from my camera flash. The caulk appears to be bonding well even to the tub. It also appears to be quite strong when cured.

It is a nice product, but it does sink. All of the caulking that I have used (Bright White, Linen, and Snow White) has sunk into the space that was 1/8 inches or less. I end up having to apply another layer of this caulking to fix the sinking. Also, I have used two tubes of the Snow White and the caulking would continually ooze out of the tube tip. Even when I pull the bar back, it just kept oozing. The other colors that I have used of the same brand did not do that. This product does state that it is not recommended to use in an area with constant water exposure. It is not a caulking that you would want to use in a shower or tub. I'm ok with the product. It is easy to use and does the job.

We paid extra for this as opposed to regular caulk since it was a custom color to match the non-sanded grout we purchased. The color it died is a blue/green tint that doesn't look good against the tube, tile or grout. I am considering replacing it but haven't completed all the other finishing touches yet. I'm sure it's a good product, but don't spend the extra money to get a matched color.

See the pic (excuse poor grout job). The white line on the right and left is grout, the dirty orange in the middle - caulk. I'm sure picture is worth 1000 words in this case.

Product worked well in sealing a new shower enclosure and was able to match the color exactly to the non sanded grout used in the floor. Together, both products worked extremely well. I like the ability to apply with a caulking gun.
