Answer:
The nice thing about this product is it has no harsh chemicals and it will not harm you if you get it on your skin accidentally, at least it didn't for my skin. Very little odor but it is recommended to have proper ventilation. Reading the label warnings is always best!

I don't have a technical or chemical answer, but used the product with no gloves and it did not seem to be harmful. It is basically a household type cleaner, in my opinion.

Answer:
Product claims to be safe and non-acidic. However, label warns that it may cause skin, eye or respiratory problems so it recommends wearing skin and eye protection and do not breath vapors or spray. And of course, do not ingest it!

Answer:
I was just able to get all of the remaining haze off of my newly installed polished marble tile using this product. Not only did it remove the haze as I'd hoped but it did a great job of cleaning the tile as well. I sprayed a small amount on the tile and wiped off using microfiber towels.

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 51 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worked As Expected I recently purchased this product to get the remaining haze off of my newly installed and grouted polished marble tile. The grout and tile cleaner did a great job of getting the remaining haze off and and did a very good job of cleaning the tile/grout overall. It brought the shine back to the marble (see reflection of our ceiling light and the front door in the tile in the photo). I will mention that the tile was sealed prior to grouting and I had done one initial wipe of the haze with the damp sponge approach. I would recommend this product. October 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A real work-saver This spray cleaner worked well, especially when coupled with a special grout and tile cleaning brush I bought in the same department. It was a shock to see how dark the grout on our kitchen floor had become. Cleaning it is still a job that has to be done on your hands and knees, but it is worth the effort. October 18, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A waste of money It couldn't even clean up a coffee drip from the floor, using a brand new mop. It also left a sticky residue. I had to clean my floors again. October 17, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lacking After paying $8 for the cleaner and getting little satisfaction along with the sprayer failing at about half of the bottle, I tried some 50% diluted Mr. Clean and it performed much better in cleaning the stained and dirty grout I was trying to brighten. October 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for Natural Tile Showers This product works very well to clean our natural tile shower. It doesn't have an overpowering smell like other tile cleaners, but it works just as well as the ones with harsh chemicals. This product is safe for natural, ceramic, and porcelain tile and seems like it's better for the tile and for you, the person cleaning the tile. October 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than expected! I thought I was going to have to grind out and replace the grout, I bought this not expecting much but I will not be re-grouting now. March 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by works great Worked as they said it would took the tile back to how it used to look. August 9, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not work Simply doesn't work, it's suppose to be specialized product for tiles but does nothing August 3, 2016
