Answer:
I don't think so. It looks like it screws out, but Dewalt doesn't offer any other tips.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.1 out of 5 by 44 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by does not feed well Does not feed glue sticks very well. Average heat up time. Seems well made. March 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Does not advance the glue sticks Purchased two of these DeWalt Hot Glue Guns and neither would consistently advance the glue sticks through the hot glue gun. March 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worked as described I read the reviews and although they were mixed I took my chances. Product functioned as described. First time I plugged it in I was able to start gluing in 3 minutes. Heats up fast. February 27, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Depends on Glue Sticks Initially I would not have had a good review for this product. I had the feed problem using the Stanley 10" Glue sticks. On a whim I tried another brands short sticks and they worked flawlessly every time. I would suggest to return the Stanley sticks and attempt other brands. February 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works good in my woodshop. I've had 4-5 glue guns over the years and have used many others. I've never used the perfect glue gun but this one comes the closest as it is bigger and fits my hands better. It heats fast enough for everything I've done but I wouldn't say it heats much faster than the average glue gun. I use it for holding wood and parts in place during machining processes such as tacking warped hardwood to a sled so I can run it through a benchtop thickness planer, or tacking crowned planks to a straight plank so I can rip the crowned plank straight on the table saw. All the real work is done by the glue, and I haven't had any trouble getting the glue where I want it, when I want it there. December 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cool tool... I am thrilled with this purchase. I got the kit with the clamps for $17. Amazing deal. The gun heats up quick and works great. NO DRIPS!!!! HOOOFREAKIN-RAY! Every glue gun I have ever used dripped all over the place. The included glue sticks aren't very good - not very strong glue. Other pros: Very ergonomic/big. Comfortable trigger. Quality build. The heating element is not close to the trigger - so doesn't burn you (Believe it or not, this was a problem with another gun I had). I haven't had the glue stick feed problem yet. December 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Glue Advance I had the same problem as others had with the glue not advancing as soon as I took the gun out of the box. Of course I lost my receipt so taking the gun back was not really an option. So I decided to take the gun apart and try to fix it. My only other option was throw it away. The problem with the glue advance is that there is a lever not engaging in the moving mechanism that advanced the stick. I took punch and tapped it loose. Reassembled the gun and wala. It works great now. Just wanted to share this info in case someone else is in the position that I was. I would not purchase the gun again because the customer should not have to repair a new product. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Would not recommend this product For about a month or two the glue gun worked fine except it did not feed very fast and the trigger was somewhat hard to pull. Now the gun will not feed the glue at all. December 23, 2015
