Product Overview

Messy hands touch on a Delta Touch2O faucet

Delta Addison Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Technology

Delta Touch2O Technology makes kitchen tasks easy: simply touch anywhere on the spout or handle with your wrist or forearm to start and stop the flow of water. Operates manually (with handle) and with Touch2O functionality.

A Simple Touch Makes Life That Much Easier

Responsive, Precise and Reliable

Touch2O Technology is based on highly responsive, precise and reliable capacitance technology similar to that found on smart phones or tablets. Outside factors such as lighting conditions, clothing color or reflections do not interfere with the sensing capability.

Hand touches faucet on

Full Control

Technology in the faucet spout and handle can sense the difference between a touch and a grab, ensuring the faucet does not turn on and off while being adjusted.

Hand touching Touch-Clean nozzle

Touch-Clean Spray Holes

While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up, the soft rubber spray holes allow mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look.

LED light at base of faucet

TempSense LED Light

Light changes color to alert you to the water’s temperature and reduce possible surprises or discomfort. The LED light also indicates when batteries need to be replaced.

Faucet with magnetic docking

MagnaTite Docking

A powerful integrated magnet snaps your faucet spray wand precisely into place and holds it there. The wand stays docked when not in use and doesn't droop over time.

Customer Questions & Answers

how do I know when to replace the batteries?

Is there a flashing indicator light to tell me?
Asked by: roblyo
The blue light won't come on, or it will be red. If nothing happens, the batteries are dead, dead, dead.

Can the battery pack be mounted on the cabinet wall under the sink to keep the floor clear and the pack away from water, spillage, etc?

Asked by: Larry
Not really as it has to be fed SIX AA batteries. I'm sure you could try a hook & loop tape fix. Using a 9 volt batter works better.

How far from the backsplash wall does the faucet have to be for the handle to be fully operational?

Asked by: Anonymous
Just a few inches at most. 2-3 is plenty. It has a very small range of motion. If you still don't have room, you could just rotate the entire faucet to the side slightly.

Customer Reviews

Addison Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Technology and Soap Dispenser in Chrome is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 155.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful to use but has been problematic so far. This faucet is wonderful when it's working (which is MOST or the time) but clearly we should expect a reliable and fully functional faucet at this price. After a few days the faucet began going into periodic phases where it will rapidly turn on and off for from a few minutes to over 30 minutes at a time. You can hear it clicking from the other room when this happens. (SEE LINK'd VIDEO). > I changed the Double A batteries in for C batteries just in case - no change. > I reset the faucet as prescribed: Please turn the faucet ON and completely unplug the battery pack. Turn the faucet OFF. Turn the faucet ON again, and re-attach the battery pack. This should reset the touch feature. - no change Wife thinks I'm crazy not to just take it back but I want to give Delta the opportunity to fix the issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works flawlessly , but inner tube coming out of neck We've had and loved this faucet for almost 3 years. Works every time, hasn't been a battery hog, looks great! However, the inner sleeve that comes out of the top neck has been creeping out over time, and now the head doesn't stay back in the neck when not in use. It should have an internal C ring to prevent it from coming out. Also, dispenser has finish delaminates and pump handle finally broke.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't respond to had commands What a disappointment! After only a year and a half, the faucet does not respond to out touch. After several touches, it may turn on, but does not turn off when touched. Or water may merely trickle out. I would like to know how to use the faucet without the touch feature, and treat it as a regular faucet. At this price, however, the faucet should work!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Frustrated! We've had our Addison faucet for a couple of years. Worked great until last week. The problem: started out by turning the handle on and the water would run for about 1 second....and then quickly turn off. Whether I tapped faucet. or turned it on manually, the water would run for 1 second...and then turns off. It will not stay on. Now, the water barely comes out of the faucet. I've cleaned the faucet head to make sure nothing was blocking the flow, but that didn't help. I changed the batteries...that didn't work! I've already replaced the solenoid a few months ago, and I think that I may need another one. Love this faucet when it does what is supposed to do. Right now, I hate this faucet!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy this if you love your plumber and want to see him a lot. This faucet is lovely and worked well...for the first 8 months. Then it began to turn itself on and off. We quit using the Touch feature and then began to have problems with water flow even using the handle. Now, a year after it was professionally installed, only a small trickle of water will come out no matter what we do. The plumber I called today (not the one who installed it) was not at all surprised by my story, since he has heard it frequently about this faucet. Delta's 5-year warranty doesn't do me any good, since I don't want a replacement faucet. I like Delta overall, but this technology needs to last more than part of a year.
