Customer Questions & Answers

how do I know when to replace the batteries?

Is there a flashing indicator light to tell me?
Asked by: roblyo
The blue light won't come on, or it will be red. If nothing happens, the batteries are dead, dead, dead.

Can the battery pack be mounted on the cabinet wall under the sink to keep the floor clear and the pack away from water, spillage, etc?

Asked by: Larry
Not really as it has to be fed SIX AA batteries. I'm sure you could try a hook & loop tape fix. Using a 9 volt batter works better.

Can the faucet run manually without the battries

NO

How far from the backsplash wall does the faucet have to be for the handle to be fully operational?

Asked by: Anonymous
Just a few inches at most. 2-3 is plenty. It has a very small range of motion. If you still don't have room, you could just rotate the entire faucet to the side slightly.

Customer Reviews

Addison Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Technology and Soap Dispenser in Chrome is rated 3.4 out of 5 by 149.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Addison kitchen faucet with touch20 tech I tried Addison single handle pull down kitchen faucet with touch20 tech for free. We switched our faucet in the kitchen sink with this. It was a big job installing and switching the wires and pipes that goes with it. It took us longer to hook it up. But it made my sink looking high tech and cool. So far, it has been working and running great. No complaints yet. We will see how this goes because this is a tap, hands free faucet. Hopefully, this will stay like this. Kids would be curious to tap and play. Crossing my fingers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet! I love this faucet! Being able to touch the faucet with my wrist when my hands are soiled is a wonderful idea. The sprayer portion is not metal so you can grab the sprayer without the water turning on. The light at the base is blue when the water is cold & slowly turns red as the water gets hotter. Nice feature! You need to leave the handle in the "on" position all the time In order for the touch feature to work, which I was concerned might cause the faucet to drip, but it hasn't. I would definitely recommend this faucet! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Love it!! I love that I can turn on with just a touch and that there is auto turn off. I used to always leave the water running because I hated having to wash and dry the knobs and my hands while I was still using it. Set up was a little tricky, but that's usual with faucets due to having to get under the sink, now let's see how long this lasts with the batteries, but so far, this is GREAT!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love The Touch 2O Technology Received the faucet to try and all 3 of us love it! It looks great in our kitchen and being able to turn it on and off by touching it is great when you have nasty hands. The sprayer is handy and easily accessible and the indicator light turns colors when the water heats up or cools down. We did have a plumber install it, he had not seen one before so we felt better letting him do it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome, Fun and Efficient This faucet is awesome. It takes a couple of seconds to get used to because it is very sensitive. Everywhere you you touch it will turn the faucet on and off. It has an auto shut off feature after four minutes of continuous running it will turn off. I like the light indicator to let me the temperature of the water. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic working faucet This faucet is excellent. I like that I can tap it with my arm when I have been cooking with raw meat and not have to contaminate the handle. I also appreciate that my children can do the same when their hands are muddy from the garden and not make an enormous mess of the faucet. The pull-down sprayer is convenient and works well. I am curious to see how long it lasts. Our last faucet had a separate sprayer that we had to replace at least twice in the last 15 years. My one criticism would be that it has a lot of tubes and things necessary under the sink. We have a VERY deep kitchen sink and it was difficult to fit everything. The installation instructions were fairly clear and it wasn't too bad to install. If you have any doubts though, contact a plumber. I received this product as a test group and was not paid in any way for my opinion. This is strictly my opinion. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money I was skeptical about the bad reviews as well. They unfortunately are true. My parents bought this faucet and so did I. We both have problems, we both have ordered replacement parts, Delta needs to pull this off the store shelves!!!!! It is a shame to charge consumers 350.00 for junk that doesn't work Don't buy it save yourself the headache
