Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Eddie Easy to install
Other than having to crawl up into the attic and balance myself between the rafters, the exhaust fan was extremely easy to install and have up and running in a relatively short period of time. I purchased an additional fan to have on hand for replacement of another bathroom fan.
The fan has an extremely low noise level and has done a great job of exhausting the air in the bathroom.

Nice fan! powerful and quiet. Good price. Installation same as any ceiling fan. In my case we replaced a ceiling light with this light/fan combination. No more steamed up bathroom mirrors!

This fan is so quiet I have to look up to see the "on" light so that I know it's running. Does the job well.

The fan went in very easily and works great in my wife's bathroom. We purchased three other fans before my wife decided on this one. I installed the fan in an interior bathroom with no windows that shares a wall with our bedroom. The fan is very quiet and can't be heard through the wall or door. I was able to wire the fan and light to the same switch to help ensure that my daughter, that knows how to turn on a light switch, but has problems figuring out how to turn it off, would know when the fan is on or off. The bathroom is 12' by 5' with a soaker tub in it, the fan pulls all of the steam and moisture out of the room with out sounding like it is even running. This is the first fan I have ever put in and it was easy to install and wire. I would recommend this fan to anyone one that wants a fan and light combo for a replacement fan or new build.
