This product looks nice and was easy to install. However, the head keeps falling out. It has even hit me a couple of times.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amy3 Amazing shower experience!
This has got to be one of the best designed showerheads in the market today. The 2-in-1concept is a feature that anoyone would want in their shower. You don't have the hassle of adding wall unions or wallbars that only clutter up your shower wall. Instead, you have the ease of simply detaching the handshower from the showerhead when you need it and it clicks back in place when you don't. The handshower is pefect for cleaning the shower or simply shaving your legs but when its locked in place, it provides an amazing shower spray. The best part it, you can attach it to your existing shower arm!! You simply can't go wrong with it!!

The water pressure is good, but the shower head will not stay in its holder. It is constantly falling out. It falls out in the middle of my shower or even sometimes in the middle of the night. I thought the extra-long hose would be useful for cleaning, but it just means that when the shower head falls out of the holder, the length of the hose stretches far enough that the head slams on the shower floor. When the shower head stays in the holder, the shower experience is great, but it is not worth the fright induced by the head suddenly falling.

I love the shower heads that will blast you and allow you to have a handle that gets daily use. Cleaning your body and cleaning your shower just seems wonderful with this system. I love my DELTA In2ition!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brad Awesome showerhead!
I bought this shower head after having just the plain old boring normal kind for years. I LOVE IT. You can have either one on or both on at the same time. Super easy to install like most showerheads are. This thing is HUGE though so if you have a single person shower like I do and you are very tall, Depending on where the shower pipe is at, this might not work great.
The only con i have is the hose that came with it is very stiff, Luckily i had another on hand that works so much better.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by kingtj I've seen better, but definitely also seen worse ....
The first thing you notice when installing this shower-head is its size. This thing is BIG. We have one of those shower caddies that hangs from the pipe, just behind the shower-head -- and you can only aim the shower-head so far down before the hose behind it is blocked by the caddy and prevents any more pivoting.
I like that it promises a lifetime warranty, but the whole assembly is plastic and feels kind of cheaply made to me. I'm pretty sure it *will* wind up needing a replacement after a few years. (My experience with these larger shower-heads with spray attachments, in general, is the connection you screw onto the pipe eventually develops stress cracks and snaps off.)
On the plus side, it's able to provide that "rain" type shower effect like you often see in high-end hotels, for those who like that. And the push-button to instantly stop the water flow of the detachable portion is a nice extra feature too.
Bottom line? If this offers the features you're seeking, you can do worse than buying one. I'd personally wait until you find it on sale though, as I was able to find one for about $60 last time we were shopping for one.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by haze715 Loss of pressure
Because of the type of shower head it is and the cost I thought that the water pressure was going to be excellent. I lost all pressure in my shower after the installation. I am extremely displeased.
