Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rob Most Impressive Shower Door
While the installation steps are very detailed and explicit, the door is actually very easy to install. Every aspect of the door can be fine tuned through adjustments to fit your space. The quality is unbelievably high and the door is breathtakingly beautiful when installed.
Undoubtedly the best shower door I have ever bought !!

The shower door was fairly easy to install. A must to have good blocking in the wall prior to installation to receive the anchors provided. Also sharp looking unit. We got it on sale which was an extra bonus.

We completely gutted our shower, and this door was the crowning jewel of it all. I am very impressed with how it looks. It is such a great alternative to the expensive custom doors.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NotHandyman Looks absolutely stunning
Installation is actually quite smooth for me (an average family man) with help of my 13 year old son. So everyone can do it. Critical part is to measure the position of rail bracket to drill holes. It must be very accurate since guard rail does not have much room to adjust. My concern was the weight of the glass and how could guard rail hold 80 pound sliding door by only one screw at each end with less than an inch goes into stud. Miraculously it does. I am going to see how long it can hold. Hopefully for ever.
Here are few tips,
1. If your walls are out of plumb, install stationary glass on the less out of plumb side
2. If both walls are fairly plumbed, install sliding door on the shower head side, therefor you don't need install anti-water strip on overlapping side of both glasses. It makes whole door look cleaner and better.
3. you can use bumper strip to adjust out of plumb up to 1/4 inch on sliding door. simply press one end all way in and gradually press less into the door.
4 use silicon to install anti-splash bar closer to door edge, you will have less water on the threshold.
I would prefer that each upper guard rail bracket would have at least two screws to attach to stud to give us good night sleep.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nicole A pain to install - predrilled holes were crooked or nonexistent
This door was a pain to install. It was obvious once we opened it up that the predrilled holes in the glass were crooked. There were other pieces that were supposed to have predrilled holes that did not. The chrome bar was scratched. I had to send pictures of the defective parts in order to get replacements. They only replaced the glass panel. The other issues were, apparently, not a big deal in their eyes. Dreamline FINALLY sent us a replacement glass panel - but it delayed our project by 6 WEEKS. This door was way too expensive to "rig", but essentially that's what we had to do. When the price dropped by $200 Home Depot graciously matched it for us. They however did not match the $$$ it cost me to install, uninstall and reinstall this ridiculous door. For the price of this door you might as well get custom glass cut and installed. The end result would be far superior.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LisaH Great Door, Bad Plastic Protector
We will give it a 5 if we didn't have any problem. The quality of the door is perfect. We love the look and the quality. However, the plastic piece in the middle is hitting against the glass whenever we close the door. It makes the whole door shaking with a loud noise. Our contractor told us to trim/cut that piece of plastic but we don't want to damage the piece. Does anyone have any suggestions? We didn't install the door ourselves because we are not handy and our contractor said it was not easy for him to install it either. So hire a professional to do it for you if you are not handy. You need 2 people for this job.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HappyCamper Exactly what I was looking for!
I had seen a door similar to this in a very high end bathroom fixtures showroom and was on a mission to find something like it that I could afford. A friend told me about DreamLine, saying she had seen a door at her sister's house. I looked them up and ordered the door through my local HD. Could not be happier. Had a local contractor install it. He wasn't sure he could, but when he had questions about cutting the upper rail we called the Customer Support phone number on the front of the manual. Question answered and we were on our way to a really cool looking shower door!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Steve Beautiful Door but check your walls before you buy
I am a DIYer, but after reviewing the instructions, I decided to have a professional install it. One word of caution, when it says no out of plumb adjustment, they mean it. I somehow glossed over it or assumed my walls were plumb, based on the exact fit of my last shower door. Once installed, the installer pointed out a 1/2 inch gap at the top of the sliding door where it closes up against the wall. It touches at the bottom. After calling tech support, I realized there was nothing that could be done. With the door installed, I really couldn't return it. I am not sure the avg DIYer understands that they must make sure the walls are perfectly plumb for this door to have a custom fit. I wish there was an adjustment, because I am sure a lot of walls are not perfect. With that said, the door does look very nice, except for the small gap. It makes the bathroom appear bigger and more modern. It opens and closes very smoothly.
