Customer Reviews

3/32 in. Diamond Wheel Taper Point Rotary Bit for Wood, Jade, Ceramic, Glass, Hardened Steel, and Semi-Precious Stones is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Outlasts other No-name Brands I use my Dremel tool for carving/etching slate and stone. I have picked up several of the 30-pack assortment of no-name diamond bits for a little less than the price of a single Dremel 7144 bit. There's no comparison: The Dremel-branded bits outlast the no-names AND give me consistency. The no-name assortment often times have bent shafts, incomplete deposition of diamond "dust," and wear out quickly (sometimes within minutes). The 7144 is my "go-to" bit for much of my finer work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works on ceramic I didn't use this for engraving, but for grinding some unwanted glaze runs off of some lowfire pottery. Saved me hours of work on my large project. Worked effectively in narrow quarters; glad to have the narrower bit. Bit has stood up longer than I anticipated.
