Answer:
I went to the the Dremel website to find the right blades. When i was ready to order the blades it directed me to The Home Depot website to order it, on The Home Deport wesbsite it'll tell you if your nearest location has it in stock or you may only be able to order online.

Is this indeed a pack of 4 blades for the price? or one single blade?

The picture is of only one blade but specifications do say (4) are included, but that is the only mention of it. Just want to make sure because there are another pack of Dremel Moto blades that do have 4 in the picture but do cost more as well.

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by worth every penny. i absolutely needed these replacement saw blades. i work with hard and soft wood and it works great with soft wood, but for hard wood you need to be really patient on how you cut your curves and the wood cannot be too thick (3/8" is okay, 1/2" is limit, 5/8" is pushing it) or the blades will break. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Scroll saw blades just what I needed. I picked up a very old (pre-Craftsman) Sears scroll saw at an estate sale a couple months ago, but was having a terrible time finding any blades for it. It seems no one makes 4 inch pinned scroll saw blades anymore, except ones for the new Dremel Moto Saw. The price was right so I thought I would give them a try. Shipping was fast and convenient (to my local Home Depot), they fit perfectly, and even though I may be trying to cut too tight of curves, I haven't broken one yet. Two thumbs up! October 26, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New blades, all sharp. Sharp blades, cut 1' by 2" pine wood very smooth. Also cut 3/4' plywood, couple of blades broke, turn speed down a little. While cutting, dust will accumulate on surface, have to blow it off. I like my tool and would recommend it. July 7, 2015
