Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bought 1 year ago Arizona Resident, I bought and put together this item 1 year ago. it was easy, started in the morning and by 5 pm it was done. It has withstood high winds, Looks beautiful, I have Thompson Grape vines growing over the top. I highly recommend this product. Sharon March 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Defective The instructions are poor, the design is flawed and it is impossible to put together. They only predrilled one row of holes for the frame (they should have drilled all 3 rows) and the holes for the legs were nonexistant. After hours of trying to get the frame square, I called an engineer friend who came over to help me. It didn't take him long to notice that the holes the top bars fit through are tilted and off center. No matter how hard one tries it will not be square. Home Depot was great and refunded my money without a hassle which is much appreciated. March 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for smaller areas This looks better than expected! Assembly instructions were vague at best. However, with a little common sense, this went together easily. I did buy my own pressure treated 4x4's and brackets for installing on concrete just outside our new french doors leading out to the patio. My wife wove Sunbrella material through the top that matches the rest of our back yard furniture and the result is not only beautiful but adds the perfect amount of shade over the french doors. I highly recommend this product May 13, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Whoever manufactured this did a poor job. Holes were not drilled, pre-drilled holes for the slats were not center. The whole thing was not centered. We decided it was too much trouble to take back and threw away the directions and used common sense. Do not buy this. June 3, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice looking when finished, but... Two key parts were damaged in box but replacements arrived 3 weeks later. Instructions don't match assembly requirements, no predrilled holes, and anchor posts were simply two untreated 2x4's nailed together. Purchased 4x4's locally and used them instead. Use common sense and ignore instructions and this makes for a nice looking addition to your yard. Overpriced for what is included. April 2, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice product but instructions could have been much better Pleased with item just difficult time putting together with a lot of guess work and trial and error. Instructions need to be in more detail and include instructions for all the parts. Also missing some screws. April 17, 2012
