I just wanted to chime in because this question has an incorrect answer. This case DOES fit the CS-490-20. That is the saw I have and this is the case I have.
I almost ended up paying $20 more from a specialty shop because they had a case listed to fit the 490-20. I luckily realized it was the same part number as this one so I bought this one.

Answer:
The ToughChest 20 in. Chain Saw Case is a universal case that will fit most saws. However the MS 660 is a very large saw so you may want to measure it to be sure that it will fit in the case.
The ToughChest 20 in. Chain Saw Case has the inside dimensions:
Length: 18 1/2 in. Height: 11 1/2 in. Width: 9 1/2 in.

This was delivered flat as others have mentioned, but the hinges & latches were already done. You just need to skip directly to step 4 of the instructions, and attach the box ends. It was very easy. I took off one star because the instructions are still not correct in the English version. I have added an image of the corrected drawing for step 4. I am using this for my EGO 1600 saw. As you can see in the images, I can put the saw, manual, replacement bar, & 2 replacement chains into the box, and I still have room for a quart bottle of oil. The saw does sit at an angle, but that is OK. Overall, I am very pleased so far.

Room for tools/chains but no pocket so they lay inside the case and can bang around during transport. Case was bigger than previous case and would not fit onto the shelf I have for it so it has to sit on the floor. Other cases I have for other brands are easier to use when putting the saw away, this one a little cumbersome. All in all it serves the purpose well and protects the saw better than my previous soft sided case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As Promised The case was easy to assemble and very straight forward. I purchased the toughchest because I needed to protect my chainsaw from rolling around when traveling and I also liked the idea of having necessary tools handy in one carrying case. Home Depot's delivery was unbelievably fast as I received my product much earlier than expected. Bonus points there. I've used the case approximately a dozen times and it's performed as expected.

Unfortunately it doesn't fix because the Worx chainsaw is quite a bit wider and a hair bit longer. I ended up returning it. The fact that this ECHO case doesn't fit my Worx chainsaw is not a problem with this case. Therefore, I don't deduct a star from the rating. I think that this chainsaw case is good. It is easy to assemble together and is quite durable. The way three sides are linked together are using hinges (with holes and rods). This should be more durable than bending plastic to form a hinge. If you need to bring the chainsaw to a job site, this heavy duty plastic case should be a good choice to protect it. For me, I don't use my chainsaw to earn a living. Therefore, I end up storing my Worx chainsaw in the original cardboard case that it comes with (with plastic sheath to cover the chain). It works fine for me.

I like how this chainsaw case has extra room for me to store gloves, safety glasses, and a quart of bar oil in addition to the chainsaw. The case arrived mostly assembled and is able to swap out the bar/chain guard for a flat, flush piece in case you wanted more compact storage (this would require the bar and chain to be removed from the chainsaw. Overall this is exactly what I wanted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toughchest for big saws I have an Echo 580 and a 600P, both 20 inch saws and have 2 of these boxes. Quality is good, looks like a long term investment. The saws fit like a butt in an tractor seat. I would buy again without hesitation. price was fair with delivery to store, but I think home delivery in this age should not cost extra. I don't like to schlep to the store just to pick up my order.

It would be nice to have some way to add a bit more tools than what is supplied with the chain saw such as an adjustable wrench. Otherwise, appears to be a good solid case that one could use as a seat when it is closed.
