Rated 5 out of 5Â by Vicki Love our new arbor!
The arbor took a little work to get it up and stable but we are very happy with the results. We dug a hole about 51/2" deep, then my husband used an auger to make a 1" hole an additional 10" into the ground. He put 1/2" round steel coated pipe about 151/2" long into the arbor legs (5 1/2 ") and about 10" into the ground so it's very stable and looks beautiful!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by BDan Nice appearance, good value
It's possible for one person to assemble it, but definitely much easier with two. It would have been nice for the holes to be pre-drilled, but I can imagine the misalignment issues that might occur if they were. We wanted a semi-permanent installation, but didn't want to cement it in, so we followed the previous reviewer's idea to use re-bar to add some strength to the footings. We measured placement, then dug four holes deep enough for the four footing pieces, placed the re-bar inside and pounded it down, then filled each footing piece with sand to eliminate wiggle. Placed the arbor on the footings, back-filled the footer holes, and the arbor is nice and sturdy. It's been in place two weeks now and our clematis is climbing away!

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Flordemayo Very nice looking arbor
This arbor is very nice looking! It was very easy to assemble, but it did not have holes for the screws. This was a substitute for an old PVC pipe made to look like an arch. The arbor is stable once it is put in the ground. I attached it to the fence for more stability. It really makes the back yard entrance look beatutiful with the jasmin wrapped on top and around. I am very happy with it! The best of all is that you don't have to paint it!
I found the directions a little bit difficult to put in practice. Specially when you have to bend two of the tubes and keep them in place while attaching the other parts. I had to to it my way, putting everything on the floor and assembling it as I drill the holes for the screws so it didn't come apart. I didn't have help and had to improvise.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Carol Product is as presented
Product seems well-made . Instructions were succinct and easy to follow. 'Installation' went well. All we are waiting for now is the Clematis to recognize the challenge of climbing the arbor.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by loveshorses Dublin Arbor - Great for the Price
I was looking for an arbor that required no maintenance; i.e., staining, painting, etc. It was for a wisteria vine that had trained itself to draping on my back deck.
The arbor was maintenance free (yay) and from the pictures looked very nice. I received it in a short amount of time (actually 5 days) and the instructions were easy and the arbor, once anchored, is beautiful and the price is very right.
I highly recommend this and when it is time for the other vine I have to be put on an arbor, I will be back for another. Home Depot did a great job in description and shipping.
