They're clothespins and do what clothespins do best, hold the clothes on the clothesline. They also work very well at keeping chip and other bags closed.

Great product for the money. I prefer these to plastic, because they will not break. This having been said, they can come apart. Don't thrown them away though, because they can always be put back together. A nuisance maybe, but not a waste.

I've had no issues with the clothespins I've purchased.
They are heavy duty and I use them weekly

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by syb68 useless for actually hanging clothes
If you are getting these for a craft project or for inside decorating - they look nice and the price is great - buy them. But if you are like me and you really do still hang clothes on a line in the sunshine, look further. These clothespins will not hold clothes on a clothesline - the springs are too small and too weak and the wood has no grip. I have clothespins that came out of my mother's house - over 50 years old that are better!!

If you are careful, they get the job done as intended and they are inexpensive.
Sheets, towels, clothing, including jeans, everything stayed on the line.
As others have stated, the springs could be stronger.

good price for 50 pins but the problem is if you drop them on a hard surface the break apart and very hard to put together...
